The disease caused by mycobacterium can spread through the blood and may affect all parts of the body including the oral cavity affecting the maxilla and mandible.it affects the tongue and expressed as various lesions. Though their occurrence and manifestation in the oral cavity is rare a proper knowledge about these features and lesions is important for the diagnosis.
