Background: Computed tomography plays imported role in making diagnosis of various lesions. (CT) is the gold standard for the exact delineation of paranasal sinus (PNS) bony anatomy ,extent of disease and also helps in characterization of lesion. Aim &Objective: To evaluate various Sino nasal masses, evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of CT in diagnosing Sino nasal masses and correlate CT findings of various Sino nasal masses with their histopathological findings.
