Teratomas are uncommon malformation containing cells from ectodermal, mesodermal and endodermal layers, occasionally found in the soft palate. For inborn teratomas, oropharyngeal cavity is rare site (2% all things considered). They are infrequently diagnosed by prenatal ultrasonography. Newborns present with respiratory trouble and now role of pediatricians is exceptionally vital in building up secure airway route after which they should be assessed and surgically managed.
