The review presents current data on the role of the immune system in the development after surgical complications during endoprosthetics hip joint. Surgical stress, exerting different powers oppressive effect on the immune system is a powerful factorcreating the preconditions for the development of secondary immunosuppression or- aggravating it against this background, the likelihood of postoperative complications are enough high.
