THE ROLE OF SPIRITUAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING IN PANDEMIC SITUATION, AN INDIAN PERSPECTIVE

A new, universally attractive and applicable paradigm that welcomes and encourages people to take responsibility for themselves and explore their true selves in search of health, especially in sickness and adversity is spirituality and psychological beliefs. In COVID-19 pandemic situation, how people react and will be in a healthy condition is a crucial aspect in India and even in other countries. To investigate the solution, we had aimed to study the impact of two factors like spiritual well-being and psychological well-being on attack of COVID-19 in India. To study the same a sample of 650 respondents were taken through online survey where 285 questionnaires were only selected for further analysis. A well-designed questionnaire was prepared by testing validating through experts for collecting the responses. Factor analysis and multiple regression tools were used to analyse the data for achieving objective of study. The results notified that spiritual well-being and psychological well-being were having less impact on attack of COVID-19 in people, but the relation exhibits significant. Which implies even there is less impact they are having some relation in prevention of attack of COVID-19. The paper continued with the future research of the study.
Psychological Well-Being And Quality Of Worklife Of The School Teachers During The Covid-19 Situation

The recent pandemic disease called “COVID-19 or Corona Virus”, which is prevalent the whole world is also spread in every state of our own country India. It has a wide range impact on every aspect of the life of the people everywhere. The people are sure to undergo vast variety of COVID-19 impacts like stress, anxiety, tensions, fear, remorse, disinterestedness, physical problems like pressure and heart problems, various other discomforts, frustrations, irritation, anger, etc. It is said by the psychologists that a like 'COVID-19’ will have a significant impact on the mental health of the people who live any part of the world. This impact will be multifaceted: immediate effect, short-time impact, effect which could be long lasting, different types of impacts, etc. One great impact of this COVID-19 situation is felt in the educational field-education process is in a standstill. Lot stress is experienced by the teachers which has affected their psychological well-being and has reduced the degree of their employment-related experience or the total quality of their work life at the school. Teachers must remain calm so as to look after their own well-being. In this way, through different ways,they should navigate through this time and must their own psychological well-being and higher degree of quality of work life.
Did Transformational Leadership, Trust, Psychological Well-Beingand Organizational Culture Influence Organizational Commitment? Evidence from Government Education and Training Centers in Semarang

The purpose of this study is to re-examine the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment and whether trust, psychological well-being, and organizational culture mediate relationships in the context of the hospitality industry. Data were collected using purposive sampling and questionnaires as the research instrument from 77professionals employed in government education and training centers in Semarang. This study used Partial Least Square (PLS) to analyze the data. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive effect on trust, psychological well-being, and organizational culture. This study also confirmed that trust, psychological well-being, and organizational culture can mediate the relationship of transformational leadership on organizational commitment.
