Background: The government has made efforts to improve children's growth and development through programs in primary health care, but the reduction in stunting and child development delay has not been as expected. Implementation of these programs needs support from all stakeholders, including health cadres and also the family as the main caregiver of a child. Objective: analyzed the effect of family assistance on the growth and development of the under two years old children. Method: this was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-post control group design. Subjects were 63 stunted under two years old children with developmental delay. The intervention group of 32 children was assisted by trained health cadres, namely the Kader PendampingKeluargaKawalBaduta[KP-KKB] for 4 months, while 31 control group children were not accompanied. Results: The implementation of the KP-KKB strategy model shows: mean different changes in subjects and control of nutritional status HAZ-score of 0.09 [Wilcoxon]; WHZ-Score of 0.2; and WAZ-Score of 0.21 [Paired t-test] in the intervention group. Changes in the mean status of motor development are 3.6; and social personal 0.88 [paired t-test] in the intervention group. The results of the paired statistical test of changes in nutritional status and the initial and final development of each group showed significant changes with a value of p <0.05. Conclusion: the KP-KKB intervention strategy model showed changes in nutritional status and improved development compared to the control group.

The sample in this study were some families who have children aged 0-72 months in the Surabaya City Health Center working area. The number of the sample in this study was calculated based on the rule of the thumb sample size formula. The sampling technique was carried out by multistage random sampling. After finding the model, strategic issues will be found. Furthermore, FGDs and expert discussions were conducted to find empirical models.
Results: The results of statistical testing show that all variables show a calculated T value above 1.96 with a positive value, which indicates that these variables have an effect and increase. The results of R-Square of commitment (79.3%),cognition behavior (5.6%), Basic value (56.7%), appraisal (70.5%) and ability (46.2%), it shows that the latent variables can be explained by each of the observational variables. Conclusion: The family empowerment model can to improve the ability to detect early growth and development disorders, the highest research shows strong results on the influence of basic values on assessment and the effect of commitment on one's ability

It is an unforgivable mistake to underestimate the role of motivation in the formation of a healthy lifestyle, to look at it as an insignificant issue, to ignore the requirements in this regard. Focusing on some of the technological challenges of shaping lifestyles, it is important to note that science cannot rely on a flow of science-based information to find solutions to existing problems, both in science and in the process of shaping a healthy lifestyle. Motivation is based on the fact that people need to work hard to ensure their health, which is an important vital need, and not to leave it in the clutches of fate and the vortex of life.

Boccia is a accuracy game for cerebral palsy athletes. In the boccia game, the player will throw a red or blue leather ball with a target of the white ball (jack) target. The score of game is the closest colored ball to the white ball (jack) which counts points. Athletes experience throwing problems in approaching the white ball (jack), so it is necessary to develop instruments to measure throwing skills. This development research purpose was determined the boccia ball throwing test instrument in cerebral palsy athletes. The research subjects were 10 athletes. The research uses a development method through 4 stages such as data collection, product planning, model testing and validation. Research Analysis was used corrected item-total correlation analysis in SPSS through validity and reliability testing. The results showed tht the instrument validity by 6 throws testing, that is in the first throwing the validity value is 0.754; second throwing the validity value is 0.828; third throwing the validity value is 0.859; forth throwing the validity value is 0.742; fifth throwing the validity value is 0.789; and on sixth throwing the validity value is 0.779. The instruments reliability value is 0.918. The research conclusion is the development of boccia ball throwing tests instrument are valid and reliable so that it can be used to measure the accuracy of athletes’ skills in balls throwing of boccia.

Abstract. Natural resource management is an indispensable part of the economy,
while land use as an objective continuous multi-purpose process of land use by society acts
as its most important component subsystem. Land resources are used in all spheres of
society's activity-economic, social and environmental. Under the global model of economic
growth, the load on natural resources has reached its maximum size. In some regions of
the world and landscape ecosystems around the world, the risk of environmental disaster
was growing. Objectively, there is a need to move from a model of economic growth to a
model of sustainable development, including sustainable environmental management.
Land use is the most important component of the environmental management system. In
order to translate the inefficient system of land use in Uzbekistan to the model of its
sustainable development, the main criteria and principles were studied and established,
and the definition of sustainable land use was given.

Abstract: The article is devoted to one of the most important problems of our time
— children whose behavior contradicts generally accepted social norms and rules, i.e.
from the point of view of the risk of their actions in relation to society. The principal
probability of leaving a teenager in the "field of deviance" is determined by the presence of
risk factors, the essence of which allows us to identify the quality of self-esteem, the level of
anxiety, aggressiveness and affillation as criteria for the development of social competence
of children at risk. The article discusses the concept of "children at risk", explains the
reasons for getting children into the "risk group". Also, the author describes the main
value orientations of this group, especially in the development of adolescents included in it.

European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine, 2020, Volume 7, Issue 7, Pages 6222-6233

Science, which is termed as the mother of development, has served the society since its inception but has simultaneously harmed the humanity. Sustainability science (SS) is the by-product of this realization whereas corporate social responsibility (CSR) is modern manifestation to off-set the effects (harmful) handed over by developmental race of society. The corporate, in this age of globalization, as a business entity has been effectively instrumental and successful as employment generator, wealth creator, equity distributor, and environment protector and thus, attained the status of a champion or one of the leading actors for sustainable development. CSR plays a pivotal role in achievement of sustainable development (SD) when applied as a business strategy and paves the way for business to act as economy builder, society harmonizer and protector of the environment. Through this paper, an effort is made to draw a conceptual framework interlinking different dimensions of sustainability science, sustainable development and corporate social responsibility. It is more of viewpoint or a thought paper than the research one as it draws heavily from researchers’ experience on constructs covered but in its unique way, conveys theinter-connects to comprehend the gigantic problem and suggest an apt & time-tested and applied, that is, the practical solution.
