The Growth Of Social Media In The Last Decade.
European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine,
2023, Volume 10, Issue 1, Pages 687-696
Social media comprises communication websites that facilitate relationship forming between users from di- verse backgrounds, resulting in a rich social structure. User generated content encourages inquiry and decision-making. Given the relevance of social media to various stakeholders, it has received significant attention from researchers of various fields, including information systems. There exists no comprehensive review that integrates and synthesizes the findings of literature on social media. This study discusses the findings of 132 papers (in selected IS journals) on social media and social networking published between 1997 and 2017. Most papers reviewed here examine the behavioral side of social media, investigate the aspect of reviews and recommendations, and study its integration for organization- al purposes. Furthermore, many studies have investigated the viability of online communities/social media as a marketing medium, while others have explored various aspects of social media, including the risks associated with its use, the value that it creates, and the negative stigma attached to it within workplaces. The use of social media for information sharing during critical events as well as for seeking and/ or rendering help has also been investigated in prior re- search. Other contexts include political and public administration, and the comparison between traditional and social media. Overall, our study identifies multiple emergent themes in the existing corpus, thereby furthering our under- standing of advances in social media research. The integrated view of the extant literature that our study presents can help avoid duplication by future researchers, whilst offering fruitful lines of enquiry to help shape research for this emerging field.
Evaluation of periodontal health status in patients undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment. A systematic review
European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine,
2022, Volume 9, Issue 7, Pages 3867-3885
Background: The transmission of orthodontic forces through the stressed tissue matrix onto the local cells within the periodontal ligament and alveolar bone, stimulate the cells to release proinflammatory, angiogenic and osteogenic agents that activates the process of periodontal ligament and alveolar bone remodelling. Studies have suggested that orthodontic therapy when not fully controlled, may influence the process of inflammation and the destruction of periodontium leading to increased loss of attachment.
Objective: To evaluate updated scientific evidence on the relationship between fixed orthodontic therapy and periodontal health.
Methods: A systematic literature search was performed using the Pubmed and other databases with keywords “orthodontic” and “periodontal” based on PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Articles published from January 2000 to September 2022 were included. The studies that satisfied the inclusion criteria were evaluated and classified as having low, moderate, or high methodology quality.
Results: 12 articles were selected from a total of 864 searched articles after assessing the quality using cochrane ROB 2 assessment tool.
Conclusions: The present systematic analysis suggests that there is moderate scientific evidence that a fixed appliance influences periodontal status; no article reported a high score

Analysis of emerging technologies for the social inclusion of people with hearing disabilities: a review of the scientific literature from 2005 - 2020
European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine,
2021, Volume 8, Issue 3, Pages 1591-1604
Currently, hearing impairment is not alien to our reality. The limitations that these people present are reflected in the development of their communication skills, which prevents its development in the social, work and psychological sphere. There are various methods to help these people, the communication adaptations that aim to develop their social skills. One of the methods to achieve the social integration of these people is by applying ICT. For this reason, the objective of this systematic review of the scientific literature is to determine the criteria that should be taken for the development of an emerging technology for the social inclusion of people with hearing disabilities. For the preparation of this research, a compilation of 61 sources of information in Spanish and English, related to the subject, was made. The selected articles were obtained from the databases Scielo.org, Redalyc.org, Dialnet and IEEE Xplore.

A REVIEW OF THERAPEUTIC TREATMENT DURING COVID-19
European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine,
2020, Volume 7, Issue 7, Pages 5627-5635
In the world, the third big coronavirus (CoV) outbreak originated in late 2019 and is called COVID-19 in Wuhan, Hubei, China 1. The epidemic first spread to nearby Asian countries and then across the world after an initial explosive outbreak of pneumonia of uncertain aetiology in China. The bilateral lung glassy opacity of patients with COVID-19 was found to have a constellation of symptoms such as flu, dry cough, dyspnea, sore throat, and nasal inflammation and radiological findings. vitamin D is subject to a range of ways, including physical barriers, cellular natural immunity and adaptive immunity, to lower risk of microbial infection and death. The supplementation with vitamin D has shown beneficial effects in viral influenza, including HIV infections. During Covid 19, the effects of vitamin D supplementation remain controversial. In order to help identify cut offs for vitamin D and, last but not least, which dose is the strongest, clinical trials are needed.
Systematic Review On Role Of Drosophila Melanogasterto Address Thecancer Problem
European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine,
2020, Volume 7, Issue 7, Pages 5487-5498
Inceptions
Toward the start of the twentieth century, the entomologist Charles W. Woodworth extended the utilization of Drosophila melanogaster as a hereditary model creature (Sturtevant, 1959). A few years after the fact, Thomas Hunt Morgan detached a fly strain bearing a transformation that changed the eye tone from red to white; in doing as such, he set up the connection between qualities, chromosomes and aggregates (Morgan, 1910). From that point, the idea of quality legacy began to appear by the commitments of Morgan's generally eminent understudies, all around licensed in science history. Alfred Henry Sturtevant proposed that qualities should be masterminded in a direct request also, assembled the principal hereditary guide (Morgan et al., 1920; Sturtevant, 1913), Calvin Bridges set up that chromosomes should be the transporters of qualities (Bridges, 1916b), and Hermann Joseph Muller shown the relationship between quality transformation rate and X-beam presentation (Muller, 1928). However, in the shadows of these unmistakable men, a lady was utilizing flies to address an alternate inquiry: do chromosomes convey the reason for malignant growth? She was an individual from Morgan's celebrated Fly Room and the lone lady that moved with him from Columbia to Caltech in 1928. Her name, Mary Bertha Distinct, may have been failed to remember, however her heritage isn't.
