Human Resources Analysis Of Healthy Indonesia Programs With Family Approach (Pis-Pk)

Human Resources for Health is one of the key elements that are very important in improving health services to the community, especially in the public health center. This study raises the problem of the still low index of healthy families in Banyuwangi Regency 0.09 (unhealthy) by analyzing human resources for optimizing a healthy Indonesia program with a family approach. The purpose of this study was to analyze the availability of human resources at the public health center in implementing PIS-PK. The availability of human resources is important in implementing a program because they are the main driving force of program success. This research was conducted with a descriptive-qualitative approach through action research. The research was conducted at 10 public health centers in Banyuwangi Regency. This study uses primary and secondary data obtained from informants through in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions, and guided observations with instruments in the form of interview guides and FGD guides. The results showed that the implementation of PIS-PK was carried out by the health center officers. Roles and tasks are regulated through the SK head of the public health center with one person holding more than one responsibility other than the responsibility for services at the public health center. HR analysis shows that all public health centers experience overwork, especially after the start of the PIS-PK program, this affects the service at the public health center. The implementation of PIS-PK in Banyuwangi is still not running according to the target, this is due to the lack of competent human resources owned by the public health center in implementing PIS-PK. This causes excessive workload on public health center staff in implementing PIS-PK.
