In the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, the strategies carried out to break the chain of transmission, one of which is by limiting social activities. A physical distancing policy has also been created which causes the face-to-face teaching and learning process to be transformed into an online learning system. Research is needed on the factors that can affect the satisfaction of health professional students related to online learning which requires valid instruments to answer research problems. The aim of study is determining the content validity of the questionnaire as a research instrument on the factors that influence health professional student satisfaction with online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The content validity of the instrument was carried out on 52 statement items by 7 experts. The validated instrument is an online questionnaire which refers to and adopts and modifies the questionnaire used by Pei-Chen Sun. The results of the validation of the 52 statement items obtained S-CVI/Ave by 7 experts of 0,953, S-CVI/Ave based on I-CVI of 0,945, S-CVI/UA of 0,731. Initial CVI of 0.890, but 4 items were eliminated, there were 48 statement items used as a research instrument with a final CVI of 0.935. The reliability test results obtained a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient value is 0.912. Calculating CVR, CVI and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient ensures that the questionnaire used as a research instrument is valid and reliable to assess the factors that influence health professional student satisfaction with online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

One of the fastest-growing industries in the world is the tourism industry, which is one of the major contributors to the services sector including Malaysia’s economy. In essence, the Tourism and Hospitality industry plays a major role in supporting Malaysian tourism. This paper investigated the factors that influence online booking behaviour by employing a quantitative research approach through descriptive research. These factors include independent variables such as location, price, safety, and facilities that may affect the online reviews and valence reviews towards the dependent variable, which is the hotel choice. Furthermore, the aim of this study is to discover or describe the behaviour in the usage of hotel booking systems. With the fast-growing tourism and hospitality industry, the pattern of hotel booking has also changed from the conventional booking system to online and paperless booking. This study has contributed to the literature on Tourism and Hospitality area that requires more research.

The study has been carried to generate an empirical data on the reliability of the talent turn out with special reference to civil engineer’s perspective questionnaire and a survey has been administered in civil engineering community in India. The reliability of the questionnaire has been tested with Cronbach's alpha and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) by engaging the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The questionnaire is 5-point likert's scale survey consisting of 56 items. According Bartlett's test of sphericity there is sufficient and significant correlation in the data for factor analysis (Chisq(1540) = 3490.55, p < 0.001). The principal component analysis and Scree plot reveals that there are 4 factors (constructs) that can be constructed from the 56 questions. However, these 4 factors can only explain 44% of the variation in the data. In addition to Cronbach alpha test, the data has been investigated with reference to the omega reliability concept. During the study of test out come of both Cronbach alpha as well as Omega Work Environment and Nature of Work, Communication and Motivation, Project Site Location factor's scale found to be weak based on Cronbach’s reliability criterion but the same is acceptable as per Omega reliability criterion, where as Performance Appraisal system, Promotion and Carrier Development factor's scale found to be weak with reference to Cronbach’s as well as Omega reliability criterion.

The Present study analyzes the quality of service and customer satisfaction and this both are crucial factors for success in the public banking sector in Pondicherry. There are factors together with the quality that effect customer expectations about the service. These two factors are selected such as (i) Reliability (ii) Tangibility. The study is based descriptive and 600 respondents are taken from Indian Bank, SBI and IOB of four blocks of Pondicherry Territory. The large portion of the customers concur the banks actual office and great climate condition, substantial quality of consumer loyalty. The result confirmed that the majority of the customers concur trust value and civilities, yet the bank gives and its administration at the time it guarantee to do so it very well may be seen that the respondents are not completely concurring about the speedy and productive customers care. The investigation portrayed that the sectioned the responsiveness customers' fulfillment levels of chose in banks, similar to State bank of India, Indian abroad bank and Indian bank. During the investigation time frame, dependability and substance is high in Indian Oversea Banks and its administrations are quality successful than other two banks Thus, the main purpose of the banking institution has attracted and retains them for long time by rendering timely and quality service which would give success for the banks.

Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient (α) is commonly engaged to measure the reliability in social, behavioural and education sciences. It is found to be observed that every study call for measuring a construct through multiple items. The estimation methods of Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient (α) and McDonald’s Omega coefficient (ω) absolutely considers that data is complete and normally distributed. Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient (α) relies on assumptions, whereas McDonald Omega coefficient (ω) is relying on fewer and better realistic assumption/s than the Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient (α). The impact of item deletion has been not observed on population reliability if Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient (α) item deleted, but in case of McDonald Omega coefficient (ω), it reflects true population estimates of reliability through the removal of certain scale of item.Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient (α) shall be replaceable with McDonald’s Omega coefficient (ω) and it is strongly recommended to use in place of McDonald’s Omega coefficient (ω). Literature Review of Cronbach Alpha Coefficient (α) and McDonald’s Omega Coefficient (ω) has been carried out by me to implement the McDonald's Omega Coefficient (ω) concept in the analysis of my research work data/responses.This concept is applicable, wherever the responses from a sample (i.e., out of universe) is required to be collected for analysis and to conclude (i.e., to arrive at decision) at a particular issue in under mentioned study area/s and they are business management (human resources, marketing etc.), medical (virus, diabatology, aids etc.,), arts, science, engineering (civil, mechanical etc.)
