The Effect Of The Accompanying Effort (Ischemia And Hyperemia) Of The Higher Parties In The Development Of Some Functional Variables And Digital Targeting Of 50 Advanced Freestyle Swimmers

The research aims to know the effect of the effort associated with ischemia and hyperemia
of the upper extremities (the arms) in developing some functional variables by blocking the
artery in the working muscle for a specific period ranging from 1-2 minutes as the oxygen
level within the muscle tissue decreases by obstructing the passage of arterial blood flow
(oxygenated blood) ) To the cells, which leads to a state of ischemia, i.e. training with lack
of oxygen, and this process is accompanied by an increase in the accumulation of lactic
acid in the muscles and expansion of blood vessels, and upon completion of the state of
ischemia, i.e. when the artery is opened and allowing the passage of arterial blood
naturally (hyperemia) during which blood flow to cells increases, as The blood circulation
supplies the muscles with oxygen and removes the remnants of the cellular reaction that
cause the widening of the arteries. Lactic acid is eliminated by oxidizing it and converting
some of it to other compounds. The research sample included (6) swimmers from the Iraqi
national team free swimming for the applicants, which were divided into two experimental
and control groups to find out the extent. Development in some functional variables and

The Effect Of Taking Doses (Creatine) On The Development Of Pulse And Achievement Indicators In 100m Swimmers Appeared To The Youth Group

The research aims to investigate the effect of taking doses of the food supplement creatine
on the development of pulse and achievement indices for swimmers of 100m afternoon.
The research was conducted on a sample of the national team, whose number was (6). The
exploratory experiment was conducted on three swimmers from outside the main research
sample, and after providing all the necessary supplies and needs to carry out the research,
the two researchers, in cooperation with the team coach, proceeded to conduct the pre-test,
which includes measuring the pulse index before the effort in the 100m swim back and
after the effort and after 2 minutes after the end of the test That is, the two researchers
administered doses of creatine to the research sample and after the completion of the
dosing, the post-test was performed, the data were collected and treated statistically. The
necessity of giving a nutritional supplement creatine, because of its importance in
developing pulse indicators, which leads to improved achievement

The Effect Of Specific Exercises In Stimulating The Enzyme Lactate Dehydrogenase, Level Of Achievement In A 100m Freestyle Swimming For Applicants

The research aims to investigate the effect of specific skill physical exercise on LDH
enzyme stimulation and the level of achievement in 100m freestyle swimming for
applicants. The research was conducted on a sample of the Army Sports Club, whose
number was (8). The exploratory experiment was conducted on swimmers from the main
research sample and after providing all the necessary supplies and needs to carry out the
research, the two researchers, in cooperation with the team coach, proceeded to conduct
the pre-test, which included drawing a sample of blood intravenously from the hand by (3
cc) and testing 100 meters of free swimming, after which the trainer applied the program's
vocabulary The training prepared by the researchers, and after the completion of its
application, the post-test was conducted, the data were collected and treated statistically.
The two researchers concluded that the quality of the skillful physical exercises had a clear
effect on the improvement of the LDH enzyme and also on the development of the level of
achievement of the research sample. The researchers recommended the need to be careful
in choosing the exercises and training method Which suit the athletes' ages, levels, and the
training goal for which it was set.
