European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine,
2022, Volume 9, Issue 1, Pages 1503-1516
Background: This discussion on technology as a possible solution to difficulties such as a lack of competent personnel and an increasing demand for long-term care necessitates an examination of digital technology in nursing care. We opted to conduct this research since there aren't many good empirical overviews of current technology in the literature. With this project, researchers wanted to map the field of digital technologies used in informal and formal healthcare settings that had already been studied for acceptability, effectiveness, and efficiency (AEE). They also wanted to show how widely these techniques have been applied and which populations and settings they have been used on. Methods: A complete literature search was conducted using Medline, Scopus, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, ACM Digital Library, IEEE Xplore, the Collection of Computer Science Bibliographies, GeroLit, and CareLit. A real time hierarchical shift design process at nursing homes A 2-stage Technique
European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine,
2021, Volume 8, Issue 1, Pages 2437-2444
the demand for nursing homes has grown as a result of the ageing of the population. "Multi-shift, high time-varying demand, hierarchical and collaborative" characterizes nursing practice. The number of nurses needed in a 24-hour period will vary greatly depending on the time of day; hierarchical means that different levels of nurses' abilities exist; collaborative means that different levels of employees collaborate to serve the elderly. Because of the high time-varying demand, the number of nurses needed in a 24-hour period will vary greatly. SDP and hierarchical staffing issues are the focus of our research, which includes the design of each shift's time frame to accommodate demand times and how to deploy hierarchical employees to the shifts. The two-stage technique will be used to tackle the issue. In the first step, we construct the shift schedule and calculate the number of employees required for each shift based on the characteristics of high timevarying demand. According to the restrictions of hierarchical coordination and collaboration, we calculate the number of employees required for each shift at each level in the second step. Different demand variations are studied and useful conclusions are made from the sensitivity analysis. Our findings may help nursing facilities cope with increased demands and personnel shortages by providing efficient decision-making tools and methodologies

COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS OF THE MEDICAL AND SOCIAL SIGNIFICANCE OF REHABILITATION IN HEALTH RESORT INSTITUTIONS OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC
European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine,
2020, Volume 7, Issue 9, Pages 1242-1252
The article provides a brief overview of the main problems and improvement of the
system of medical rehabilitation in the sanatorium-resort institutions (SRI) of the Kyrgyz
Republic, and also presents the results of treatment, i.e. the effectiveness of rehabilitation
measures.
In Kyrgyzstan, the initiated process of privatization of sanatorium-resort organizations
changed the form of ownership of more than half of state, departmental and public-owned
health resorts. In 2000, the share of state ownership in health resort organizations was 49.6%
(Data of the Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017).
We notice that for more than 20 years of independence of the republic, the
rehabilitation service has not been able to reach those former heights, there are internal and
external factors for this. Even the fact that today in the structure of the authorized body for
health protection (Ministry of Health) there is no department that would work on the
development of the rehabilitation service of restorative medicine, balneology and sports
medicine, which in turn caused the need to analyze and substantiate the activities of the
rehabilitation service in health resort institutions.

ESSENCE, CRITERIA AND PRINCIPLES OF SUSTAINABLE LAND USE
European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine,
2020, Volume 7, Issue 2, Pages 1745-1748
Abstract. Natural resource management is an indispensable part of the economy,
while land use as an objective continuous multi-purpose process of land use by society acts
as its most important component subsystem. Land resources are used in all spheres of
society's activity-economic, social and environmental. Under the global model of economic
growth, the load on natural resources has reached its maximum size. In some regions of
the world and landscape ecosystems around the world, the risk of environmental disaster
was growing. Objectively, there is a need to move from a model of economic growth to a
model of sustainable development, including sustainable environmental management.
Land use is the most important component of the environmental management system. In
order to translate the inefficient system of land use in Uzbekistan to the model of its
sustainable development, the main criteria and principles were studied and established,
and the definition of sustainable land use was given.

European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine,
2020, Volume 7, Issue 4, Pages 2396-2402
In this paper it has been described that electromagnetic band gap (EBG) structure design is applied in the antenna structure in order to enhance the performance of the antenna especially for improving the gain and radiation pattern. Microstrip patch antenna is used due to the advantages such as unchallenging and economically viable fabrication, light weight, low profile and can easily integrated with microwave circuit. This project involves the study of simulation results and fabrication process of EBG structure in the microstrip patch antenna using aperture coupled feeding technique . The simulation is done by using microwave Studio suite CST. From the simulation process, the designed microstrip EBG antenna shows considerable enhancement in performance in terms of radiation pattern, gain and return loss, S11 and works in the frequency range of 5.4GHz to 6.9GHz. Improvement in the mutual coupling is also shown in the designed aperture coupled microstrip EBG antenna and thus makes it suitable for wide angle scanning active phased array antenna. Other than that, the EBG structure also can be applied as a band reject especially for ultra wide band application which operates at very wide frequency ranges. By using aperture coupled microstrip EBG antenna of this design the overall gain performance is improved.
