Development of professional competence of the future pedagogical teacher

Xamraeva Aziza Farxadovna

European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine, 2021, Volume 8, Issue 1, Pages 619-627

The article examines the structure and content of professional competence as the basic level of education of a teacher.Social realities and the trends in education reflecting them are characterized by the focus on specialists who are competent in their field and who have a professional pedagogical culture. Modern conditions of the educational process contain a new potential for professional development: the variability and flexibility of the educational system contributes to the optimal choice of an individual educational path and permanent professional growth. Building the logic of professional development should proceed from the laws of the educational process and the formation of the teacher's personality.

The article provides a brief overview of the main problems and improvement of the
system of medical rehabilitation in the sanatorium-resort institutions (SRI) of the Kyrgyz
Republic, and also presents the results of treatment, i.e. the effectiveness of rehabilitation
In Kyrgyzstan, the initiated process of privatization of sanatorium-resort organizations
changed the form of ownership of more than half of state, departmental and public-owned
health resorts. In 2000, the share of state ownership in health resort organizations was 49.6%
(Data of the Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017).
We notice that for more than 20 years of independence of the republic, the
rehabilitation service has not been able to reach those former heights, there are internal and
external factors for this. Even the fact that today in the structure of the authorized body for
health protection (Ministry of Health) there is no department that would work on the
development of the rehabilitation service of restorative medicine, balneology and sports
medicine, which in turn caused the need to analyze and substantiate the activities of the
rehabilitation service in health resort institutions.

A career is an integral part of human life. It pictures one's personality to the
society. In this current scenario, a successful career demands a variety of skills. A person’s
education, training, and work define one's career. It is significant to acquire soft skills to
build a productive career. Soft skills play an imperative role in chiseling a personality. It
guides every individual in shaping the character or refining one's personality on the whole.
Soft skills can be mastered by acquiring and through implementing them in daily life.
Recruiters and company professionals are looking for candidates with good soft skills in
the work environment. The industrialized global market demands employers with practical
soft skills in the workspace. To promote a healthy and excellent workplace, people with
efficient soft skills become mandatory, and it has become a critically vital factor for the
smooth flow of the function.

The process of globalization, the formation of new regional centers in the form of
large agglomerations, growth points and special economic zones is leading to increased
competition in attracting investment, highly skilled labor and promising infrastructure
projects. At present, the study of the process of effective use of production capacity in the
development of industry in the world's leading countries pays special attention to increasing
the share of innovative components in production capacity, identifying factors influencing the
priority development of new promising industries. In particular, the uneven distribution of
economic resources in the regions and reducing their negative impact, optimizing
interregional economic relations, the use of a cluster system in the establishment of mutually
beneficial activities of various economic entities, increasing the share of innovative
components in production capacity, priority development of new promising industries ,
significant research work is being carried out to identify the factors influencing the
development of the industry, their rational use and purposeful regulation.

European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine, 2020, Volume 7, Issue 4, Pages 2396-2402

In this paper it has been described that electromagnetic band gap (EBG) structure design is applied in the antenna structure in order to enhance the performance of the antenna especially for improving the gain and radiation pattern. Microstrip patch antenna is used due to the advantages such as unchallenging and economically viable fabrication, light weight, low profile and can easily integrated with microwave circuit. This project involves the study of simulation results and fabrication process of EBG structure in the microstrip patch antenna using aperture coupled feeding technique . The simulation is done by using microwave Studio suite CST. From the simulation process, the designed microstrip EBG antenna shows considerable enhancement in performance in terms of radiation pattern, gain and return loss, S11 and works in the frequency range of 5.4GHz to 6.9GHz. Improvement in the mutual coupling is also shown in the designed aperture coupled microstrip EBG antenna and thus makes it suitable for wide angle scanning active phased array antenna. Other than that, the EBG structure also can be applied as a band reject especially for ultra wide band application which operates at very wide frequency ranges. By using aperture coupled microstrip EBG antenna of this design the overall gain performance is improved.

Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the educational process should be based on the development of personal potential and intellectual abilities of students, which implies the ability to generate and use knowledge in new situations. Today, the main task in training specialists, especially in higher education, is to develop and improve such skills among students. Benjamin Bloom's taxonomy, which establishes a direct link between learning objectives and the hierarchy of cognitive processes, seems to be a practical and convenient tool for setting objectives and evaluating learning outcomes. This article discusses the relationship between modern training requirements and the need for special work by the teacher on the goal-setting of pedagogical activity with an indication of the criteria of the end result in the assimilation of course content, cognitive and communicative activities. The article describes the results of testing the methods of teaching the subject through a system of various controlling procedures. using Benjamin Bloom's taxonomy to describe the cognitive knowledge and taking into account the changes made by Anderson and Kravlov (2001) on the organization of lectures, learning of educational material, development of cognitive and communicative activities, allowing to implement a qualitative assessment of the results of training students at the university. The method of modeling the content of the subject and a set of methods to motivate students to learn the content of the course, the development of cognitive needs, communication and intellectual sphere of all students. The factors limiting the use of binary lectures in the educational process are described. Practical recommendations on the use of this technology in the educational process have been developed.

European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine, 2020, Volume 7, Issue 8, Pages 3758-3767

Since the progression of Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR4.0), most machines in the assembly and production line have transformed into automated system and can be wirelessly controlled. In an Automated Assembly Line System (AALS), there are many different physical systems, classified according to its configurations. The two most used Automated Assembly Line Systems are U-Shaped Assembly System(USAS) and Straight-Line Assembly System(SLAS). Both configurations come with their own advantages and disadvantages which needs to be considered when designing an automated assembly line system. However, no empirical or experimental research has been done on the effects of using U-Shaped Assembly System compared to Straight-Line Assembly System in terms of Cycle Rate, Rc and overall system Efficiency, E. Therefore, this study aims to analyse and compare the two most used assembly line configurations. The analysis and comparison are achieved through findings from Microsoft Excel Calculations and simulation in Delmia Quest. The study attempts to choose the best assembly line configurations, examined in terms of the Cycle Rate, Rc and Efficiency, E. From the study conducted, the study finds the best assembly system layout in terms of Cycle Rate, Rc and Efficiency, E to be the U-Shaped Assembly System.

Abstract. Natural resource management is an indispensable part of the economy,
while land use as an objective continuous multi-purpose process of land use by society acts
as its most important component subsystem. Land resources are used in all spheres of
society's activity-economic, social and environmental. Under the global model of economic
growth, the load on natural resources has reached its maximum size. In some regions of
the world and landscape ecosystems around the world, the risk of environmental disaster
was growing. Objectively, there is a need to move from a model of economic growth to a
model of sustainable development, including sustainable environmental management.
Land use is the most important component of the environmental management system. In
order to translate the inefficient system of land use in Uzbekistan to the model of its
sustainable development, the main criteria and principles were studied and established,
and the definition of sustainable land use was given.
