European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine, 2022, Volume 9, Issue 7, Pages 7146-7158

Backgroundandobjectives: Colostrum, the first fluid generated by mothers, is distinct in its nutrient quality and non-nutritive bioactive substances that promote survival and good growth. The research analyzes total proteins, triglycerides, immunoglobulin A, lactose, and calcium in normal colostrum with PIH, GDM, and Anaemia individuals in primigravida to see if there are significant alterations.
Methods:The research was done on lactating mothers from the Deccan College of Medical Science, Hyderabad, India, with their approval. 80 postpartum women involved in the study, 20 as controls and 60 as instances of PIH, anaemia, and GDM. All cases were examined for protein, triglycerides, IgA, lactose, and calcium. SPSS 17.0 was used to analyse the data. Descriptive results are presented as mean and SD of several groups.
Result:Normal blood pressure (controls) was 120+6.5 mm Hg systolic and 79+3.1 mm Hg diastolic without oedema or proteinuria. Haemoglobin is 10.8+0.7g/dl. PLBS=130.7+7.6 and FBS=949.5. (92+14.6 mg/dl) Normal FBS and PLBS OGTT results. 122.5+7.8 mm Hg systolic, 74+6.8 mm Hg diastolic, 40% (8/20) oedema, 70% proteinuria. PIH, anaemia, and GDM diminish protein (p<0.005). PIH and anaemia had higher triglycerides than GDM (p<0.005). GDM exhibited more IgA than anaemia and PIH. GDM has greater mean lactose levels than anaemia, PIH, and the control group. Lactose levels are similar in anaemia and controls. (p<0.005) Anaemia, PIH, and GDM lower calcium.
Conclusion:Human milk contains number of of bioactive substances that fight infection, inflammation, immunological maturation, organ development, and healthy microbial colonisation. Pregnancy hypertension impacts lactogenesis and colostrum content.  Nutrition impacts milk composition. GDM affects pregnant women, mother and infant. Screening, diagnosing, and treating hyperglycemia are critical for mother and child. Regardless of diet, multivitamins are required throughout lactation. The study can't characterise all bioactive human milk components.

Horse gramis used as a remedy for kidney stones, bronchial asthma, bronchitis, leukoderma, urinary discharges, heart diseases and piles. Besides, it also possesses anti-diabetic, anti-ulcer interest and helps in nutritional management of obesity due to the presence of beneficial bioactive compounds. The opium poppy (Papaver somniferum) produces a variety of extensively used medicinal alkaloids like morphine, codeine, thebain and porphyroxine which might be the maximum important element of this plant. It is used as analgesic, narcotic, sedative, stimulant in addition to nutritive, and so forth. It is also beneficial in headache, cough, insomnia, cardiac asthma, and biliary colic.Sesame seeds likewise contain two exceptional substances: sesamin and sesamolin known to have a cholesterol bringing impact in people and down to forestall hypertension. Cephalin, a phospholipid from sesame seed has been accounted for to have haemostatics action. The product is made by using different methods including soaking, drying, grinding, roasting and microwave baking. Overall, 4 samples have been advanced to determine the most ideal food product thru sensory evaluation by using different individuals.Statistical tests like MAHP and TOPSIS were used to rank the samples. Sample D shows both highest ranking in TOPSIS as well as high hedonic rating, among all four samples containing 40% horse gram, 35% poppys seeds and 25% sesame seeds. The aim of the product developed is to prevent and control Calcium deficiency. Apart from this, the product is calorie dense; rich in protein, omega fatty acids and antioxidant, which are required in building immunity.

Malnutrition and deficiencies of nutrients in the common public is very much prevalent in India. One such vital nutrient is protein. 2 in 3 people or 73 percent population in India are hypoproteinemic, so protein should be added to the diet[1].In children with prolonged protein deficiencies, diseases like Kwashiorkor and Marasmus are known to develop[2]. Pulses and legumes have been regarded as the poor man’s meat when it comes to protein. Therefore, the product prepared focuses on deriving most of its protein content from pulses, legumes, and beans. A vegan protein supplement was made in powdered form, while keeping in mind a larger consumer spectrum, therefore making it vegetarian and lactose free, as major population in India is either vegetarian or lactose intolerant[3,4]. Enrichment of Vitamin D was also done. The purpose was to create a product from commonly used items, keeping it low cost and away from the existing myths. The main ingredients used were Soybean (Glycine max), Amaranth (Amaranthus) seeds, Peas (Pisum sativum), Lentil dal (Lens culinaris), Agathi (Sesbania grandiflora) leaves, Groundnut (Arachis hypogaea) and Oyster Mushrooms (Pleurotusostreatu). Methods used were germination, roasting, drying, parching, blanching, dehydration, and homogenization. Organoleptic properties were studied using triangle test, 9-point hedonic test and ranking test. While nutritional evaluation was done for energy, protein, carbohydrate, fibre, fat, ash, and vitamin D content. Different statistical analysis was done by calculating mean, standard deviation. It is also a good source of energy. Sample H3c, with a sensory score of 8.6±0.48was found to be the most acceptable by the panellists. Sample H3c was found to be a rich source of energy (333.44 Kcal), protein (29.73g), calcium (191.41mg), and vitamin D (321.55µg). It can help against PEM and relieve the effects of nutritional deficiencies.

The experiment examined the effect of the use of Introvit A + WS-amino acidvitamin
nutrient mixture in the diet of dairy cows on the efficiency of milk production. The use of
Introvit A + WS-amino acid-vitamin in the diet resulted in an increase in milk productivity due to
balancing the protein-energy ratio in cows, an increase in milk fat and protein content, and a 5%
reduction in feed consumption due to efficient cow nutrition.

Failure of Height Growth (HG) results in human resources being unable to compete in the era of globalization, affecting work productivity, increasing the risk of obesity and triggering the metabolic syndrome. The incidence of stunting in school children is quite high, including North Sumatra with a prevalence of 42.3%. During the growth period of very high bone mineralization, low intake of protein, calcium and zinc influences linear growth. Growth failure is caused by inadequate intake of one or more nutrients. Aged 5-12 years is an opportunity to catch up and improve height. Objective: To determine the effect of lemuru fish nuggets on protein, calcium, zinc and Z-Score HG / U intake for grade 1 elementary school children who are stunted. Research Methods: the study was conducted in April-June 2018, quasi-experimental with a pre and post-test design, a sample of 31 people treated and 36 controls. The treatment group was given lemuru fish nuggets for 30 days for 75 gr—data collection using 2x24 hour Food Recall method, five-day food recording and HG measurement. The data collected was processed using T dependent test data analysis with α = 0.05. Results: There were significant differences in the average values of protein, calcium and zinc intake before and after administration of lemuru fish nuggets, these differences in intake affected the average Z-Score HG / U values, the treatment group was higher than the control. Suggestion: to the sample mother to continue giving food made from fish containing high protein, calcium and zinc in the daily menu, so that the lagging of HG growth can be pursued.

Development of the dosage form aimed for safe, effective and easy administration
according to that ideal way is the oral route, but great challenges stop against that like
poor absorption, enzymatic degradation, low solubility and gastric effect all these
barriers present in the GIT. Intestinal patch with it is a unique design, consist of
protective and mucoadhesive parts resemble transdermal patch that provide good
chance for developing an oral dosage form to the proteins, peptides, aminoglycoside
and low permeable drugs near look about this oral intestinal device in this review.
