Over the years it has been debated that are Entrepreneurs are BORN or MADE so it is important to identify and study the various factors that encourage students, especially management students to start their own business. It is essentially a journey which creates a character of an individual, as someone supporting self and society at large. Hence, it is worth understanding those reasons/factors that make someone different from others and have such intention to get into entrepreneurship while others are not motivated to plunge into it. This literature review would be to understand the researches done in understanding the motivating factors to become an entrepreneur, especially among management students, as they are the best fit to become start a business or take their existing family business ahead.

Poverty Alleviation For Improved Family Welfare Through Women‟s Entrepreneurship Empowerment Model

This paper seeks to assess women’s entrepreneurship empowerment activities used to alleviate poverty as one way aimed at realizing better family wellbeing and welfare allover Indonesia. The research is based on the existing gap regarding poverty eradication through the various empowerment activities organised by both the government and community institutions, which according to the existing data reflects weaknesses found in most activities implemented and operated. Based on the weaknesses established as gaps found to exist in most of the women’s entrepreneurship empowerment activities, this study aims to examine, assess and make recommendations where necessary, regarding a women’s entrepreneurship empowerment model used for quality of life improvement of families in Indonesia, which in turn, if found appropriate, can be emulated and implemented in some developing countries. This research has been conducted using research and development methods, comprising of the study of literature, field observations, interviews both individuals and groups, documentation analysis, questionnaires and tests as data collection techniques. The results have revealed that the implementation of women’s entrepreneurship empowerment activities can help to empower rural women especially in Indonesia, hence leading to a positive change in the quality of life of most families at the grassroot. Thus, improved family welfare and wellbeing.

Every state wants that the households will be financially independent in their territory, they will be beneficial to the government, they will spend their optional assets and their sources for the thriving of them and the economy of the country in the modern market industry. The complex elements of analysis including observation, saving, systematizing, statistic, critical and analytical analyses in terms of the finance of the households and their investment to be performed, are depicted in this article. If the suggestions given in this article are conducted, the activity of the households in the economy will rise more remarkably.

Entrepreneurs are contributing a lot for the economic and social development of
each country of world. The intention of students towards entrepreneurship has become an
interesting topic. Many studies have been conducted to find out major motivations for
gearing towards entrepreneurship and to examine how inclination for self employment can
be created. Today, universities are playing leading role for the development of
entrepreneurship culture, and nurture some necessary entrepreneurial skills and behavior
to take on business in upcoming life. The aim of this study is to examine the motivational
factors that contribute for adoption of entrepreneurial career.

Numbers of private car dependencies in Malaysia nowadays are increasing every year. Due to that, Malaysian seems too way more comfort in travel by their owned vehicles. However, high numbers of vehicles on the road would tend to congestions in which areas that had big size of populations such as in urban areas and residential areas. Thus, it does not only require in congestions but it is highly exposed to traffic accidents among vehicles on road. This will determine on what are the level of traffic enforcement effectiveness of the areas. However, government has enforced the rules and regulations of road traffic to ensure the driver to follow the rules. This is because traffic rules and regulations implemented in order to improve the safety on the road. Besides, researchers believe that high rate of traffics accidents on road are related with the human behavior and attitude of the drivers itself. According to [1] stated that Perception of Being Caught (POBC) is a "feeling" of getting caught in a psychological term which relate with an act of awareness on road safety. In this study, researcher would like to determine the factors that influencing the private user’s Perception of Being Caught (POBC). These factors are the key to improve safety on the road. Government which acts as the responsibilities parties may use this result to increasing the road safety and decrease the road fatalities in our nation.
