The use of the latest technology in radiation therapy for prostate cancer treatment by (VMAT-SIB
and IMRT-SIB) methods is conducted with using 3D in treatment planning. The purpose of this
study is to calculation done the total radiation doses by linear quadratic model (LQ). Mainly, the
study objective is to a comparative analysis of methods of irradiation of prostate cancer. Use highly
radiation doses for prostate cancer treatment while keeping normal cells (rectum, bladder, left femur,
right femur, and bones) safe from highly radiation doses. The study of seven prostate cancer patients
was conducted. The first patient had done prostate cancer treatment in two sessions by VMAT-SIB
and IMRT-SIB methods and use a 9-field sliding window IMRT technique. The second patient had
done prostate cancer treatment in three sessions by VMAT-SIB and IMRT-SIB methods and use a 4-
field sliding window IMRT technique. Calculation of radiation doses was carried out for four
patients. We done radiation treatment planning work to the patient with prostate cancer by 3D
technique and using (VMAT-SIB and IMRT-SIB) methods. Total radiation doses (48.000GY).
Calculate was done total radiation doses (minimum dose, maximum dose, mean dose, and other
doses) for each normal tissues are (rectum, bladder, left femur, right femur, and bones) in stage the
prostate cancer prostate treatment. The VMAT-SIB and IMRT-SIB) methods are more effective
treatment, increased higher total radiation doses, shorter total treatment time, and at the same time
had low side effects on normal tissues.

This paper delineates that involvement to dance and music is an active therapy that offers physical and psychological benefits for the people who affected with diseases. It is closely connected with human emotions which reduce the psychological pain and depression of people when they are getting involved with music and dance. Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), patients are totally under stress and fear for life and livelihood. To overcome this perilous situation, involvement to dance and music is suggested to be an apt therapy that fights against the psychological and emotional effects through its unique power. Involvement to dance and music serves as a useful vehicle of hope and positivity to patients who are under quarantine. Hence, this paper aims to study the collaborative understanding of COVID-19 patients’ perspectives on the involvement to dance and music and how it relieves their psychological pain and gains their physical strength while diverting them from fear to during quarantine. There are 215 COVID-19 patients taken as subjects from Tamilnadu, India. There were ten questionnaires used to collect the data through Google forms. The data was analyzed through ANOVA calculation. The major finding of the study indicates that involvement to dance and music brings immeasurable healing to body and mind. Furthermore, this study recommends dance and music to be used as a therapy for COVID-19patients all over the world to keep them healthy and positive.

Abstract: The problem of the existence of long-term depressive states is not new:
descriptions of "chronic melancholies" are found in psychiatrists already in the 70 years
of the XIX century. If we look at modern statistics of depression in general, we can see that
not all depressive phases show a tendency to reverse development. In 40% of cases, the
initial phase and a year later still meets the criteria for depression (N. Pincus, 2001), in
20% of cases it lasts for more than 2 years (N. Pincus, 2001) and in 17% of cases,
depression continues throughout life (R. Kessler, 1994).

Application of three-stage therapy of giardiasis in 250 children with CHB, using MACMIROR®, Albendazole, and Metronidazole at the second stage of effecting the parasite and its elimination from the organism, provided achievement of clinical-biochemical remission in 91.1%, 72.5% and 52,5% cases, and parasite elimination in 93.3%, 32.5% and 60.0% cases, respectively. It should be noted, that in the conditions of administration of Trichopolum, in spite of the high rate of G.Lamblia elimination, the therapy was associated with the expressed hepatic toxicity, making recommendation of it for that category of children impossible. Thus, the first line agent for a specific therapy of giardiasis in children with CHB is MACMIROR®, due to its efficacy and safety.
