Implementation of School Based-Management to Improve the Quality of Education at Public Schools of Muhammadiyah in Klaten Indonesia

The quality of education is a benchmark in education units to maintain the quality of institutions both process, inputs, and outputs. This research was conducted to determine the implementation and strategy of developing boarding school management to improve the quality of education in MA Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten. This research is field research, with the type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, and documentation. The data validity was tested using source triangulation methods and techniques. The results of interviews, field notes, observations, and documentation were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the implementation and the strategy of boarding school management development can improve the quality of education

Quality of Education as a starting point of Economic Growth in Uzbekistan

The article examines topical problems of improving the quality of education and its key role in achieving the goals of accelerated socio-economic development of Uzbekistan. However, over the years, a huge number of problems have accumulated in the country's educational system, which significantly reduce the prestige and efficiency of the education system. The article reveals the reasons that gave rise to negative trends in the field of education, analyzes the active efforts made by the state to eliminate them, substantiates their inadequacy to solve the acute problems of economic growth in the country. In it, a radical improvement in the quality of education is considered as the most important way to solve the pressing problems of labor migration of the population and employment of the unemployed.

Currently, in the information technology society, the higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan has risen to a new level. Competitive highly qualified personnel trained in higher educational institutions have a special place in increasing (exceeding) the country's prosperity and welfare of the population. In this regard, the article presents scientific proposals for the modernization of the higher education system, their foundations and information on the expected results.
