One of the most and commonly adopted video compression standards today is the advanced H.265/HEVC, commonly used for many applications due to high speed, optimized area and good throughput. Examples of such major applications are communications, networking, image processing digital signal processing and real time video applications. The current design having the use of the modified inverse discrete cosine transforms to perform video decompression.A new detailed implementationdescribed to analyze the behavior of the encoding and also the transform takes residual data and transforms it from the spatial domain to the frequency domain. This frequency domain representation can then be compressed, using quantization, while still retaining a high level of video quality when decoded and presented to the user. The encoder and decoder implementation done in Verilog and
synthesized using asophisticated cadence tool Genus. A hardware implementation of the inverse quantization and inverse transform, compliant to the HEVC standard, will be developed. The current design high targets the 4x4 inverse quantization, transform, synthesis and place & route using the Nan gate 45 nm technologies Open Cell Library. Adigital implementation using Innovus tool was used for the design with development and also done analysis of speed, area and throughput will be carried out for the current applications and compared to similar ASIC designs. The required operational frequency of this design will support 4K video at up to 40 frames/sec. The main core area of this digital design takes up 10224 μm2 and can operate at max. frequency of 400 MHz.

This paper involves the fundamentals of chain drive modeling through reverse engineering approach. In this examination chain drive is broke down utilizing finite element analysis for wellbeing and dependability. A cad model of chain drive is designed in CATIA V5 part module. Pre-processing and post- processing operations are done in ANSYS workbench.

The Effectiveness Of Speed And Agility Training On The Performance Of Arrowhead Agility And Creative Speed Test Among The Sultan Idris Education University (Upsi), League Football Players

This research is conducted to discover the effectiveness of speed training and agility on the performance of arrowhead agility and creative speed among IPT league footballs players of the Sultan Idris Education University (UPSI). The total of 18 respondents were selected from the university football league of University Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI). The instruments that have been used in this research are Arrowhead Agility Test and Creative Speed Test by Jens Bangsbo & Magni Mohr (2012). The research design used is pre- test and post- test on the effect of before and after training intervention in a given period of time. Data were collected two times from the pre- test and post- test in term of the effectiveness of speed and agility training on the performance of arrowhead agility and creative speed test after 8 weeks of training intervention. Data obtained from respondents scores were analyzed using paired t-test from Statistical Package for Social Science software version 23.0. The findings of the research show that there was a significant difference (t=5.903, p<0.05) for the right leg and (t=7.771, p<0.05) for the left leg on performance of arrowhead agility test. Whereas for the creative speed test it shows significant difference of (t=4.888, p<0.05). Prior to this research it clearly indicate that the training programs conducted by the respondents in this research have positively impacted the performance of arrowhead agility and creative speed. As such, it is hoped that in the future the football coaches will emphasize the aspects of speed and agility in training to improve the performance of the players in the future.

The effect of physical exercises to develop speed with some offensive skills in basketball for the third stage students

Recent years have witnessed a great development in the field of education and the educational process has become the focus of attention of researchers and specialists, in order to keep pace with progress and reach the best education that the educated can reach.
Basketball is a fast-paced game that is taught in colleges within a pre-prepared curriculum, whose skills should be performed quickly in line with the game's specificity.
The research problem lies in the fact that the performance of the students is slow in movement, and this indicates the lack and lack of focus on speed exercises within the lessons.
The research aims to prepare physical exercises for speed for the third stage students and to know their effect on speed development, in addition to knowledge of speed development in some offensive skills with basketball.
The researcher used the experimental method using the method of one experimental group, and it was conducted on a randomly selected sample of (4) four divisions and a number of (16) sixteen students, at a rate of 15.53%.
Pre and post tests were conducted for the research variables, and the search continued from (11/18/2019 to 25/12/2019), as well as statistical means.
The researcher concluded that the exercises led to the development of speed in its transitional and kinetic forms for the students, as well as the emergence of an improvement in some complex offensive skills. Basketball skills.
