Alcohol fermentation is the metabolic process through which organisms, mainly yeasts, generate ethanol and CO2 from sugars (such as glucose, fructose, and sucrose) in the absence of oxygen. A significant organic solvent and substrate, ethanol is widely employed in both research and business. It is the primary product created during the fermentation of fruits and other biomass-derived carbohydrates. Even after being bottled and packaged, many foods, especially unpasteurized foods and probiotics, may continue to ferment, which gradually raises their alcohol level. The main obstacle to the growth of the global market for halal foods has been highlighted as issues with halal product certification. One such problem is the variable levels of ethanol allowed in Halal goods as a result of the lack of an internationally accepted standard limit. This paper provides an overview of ethanol, including its varieties, uses, benefits, and drawbacks. This article provides a solution to achieve consensus on the concentration of alcohol in fermented grape juice and to display the statistical data in the form of a line graph using MATLAB. An app is designed to view the live feed of graphs from MATLAB

Agro based crop and fertilizer recommendation system using machine learning

Over one third of world are employed in agriculture and the quantity is gradually falling because the financial losses of the farmers. One of the causes behind this momentary loss is the shortage for era in agriculture. Continuous cropping and over use of fertilizers cause the decline in soil productiveness and impact the environment as well The paper explains how the amount of soil vitamins and environmental factors followed by the pointers for cropping and special fertilization of the site can be established. 1 The selection of the best crop for the soil and the sowing of it to provide the full yield is one of the key problems in agriculture. The proposed method takes the soil and PH samples as the input and helps to predict the crops that can be recommended suitable for the soil and fertilizer that can be used as the solution in the form of the webpage.So, the soil information is collected through sensors an the data transmitted from the Arduino through Zigbee and WSN ( Wireless Sensor Network) to MATLAB and analyzing the soil data and processing is done with help of ANN (Artificial Neural Network) and crop recommendations is done using SVM ( Support Vector Machine ) .

The Smart Wheel chair system proposed in this paper helps to physically disable people or adulthood people to move around without others help. Normal wheelchairs are manually operated and heavy to move. It makes suffered people to depend on others. These wheelchairs that are equipped with sensors and a data processing unit constitute a special class of wheeled mobile robots, termed smart wheelchairs in general literature overviews. n the existing system, the wheel chair movement is controlled by joystick and buttons are used to start and stop the wheel. This is difficult to handle the differently able person to press the button. In the proposed system, the physically disabled person can control their wheel by manual. MPU6050 sensor is used for gesture symbol. In manual mode MPU6050 sensor and accelerometer is used to control the direction of the wheel of the motor. The proposed system contributes to the self dependency of differently able and older person. The robot will be access both manual and automatic mode. Blood oxygen sensors monitor the oxygen level of blood in patient body, blood pressure sensor monitor the patient heart rate parameter and the temperature sensor is used to calculate the body temperature, these sensor are monitor by the microcontroller and the microcontroller collect the data are sending to mobile phone via Bluetooth module.

Modelling and Control of Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger using Model Predictive Controller

In this article, A Multi-Input Multi-Output system is mathematically modelled using energy balancing differential equations. To model a MIMO system, specifications are very important. The data samples of MIMO are collected from a shell and tube heat exchanger hardware setup. The real time data samples collected are substituted in the predefined differential equation to create a Shell and Tube heat exchanger model. The model output would result as the output obtained from a shell and tube heat exchanger hardware setup. Since shell and tube heat exchanger modelled has two inputs and two outputs, system model is also a TITO system. The System identification method was employed for TITO system modelled to obtain the linear model as the output was highy nonlinear and its transfer function model was determined that had process interaction. The interaction in process doesn‘t allow the system to attain its steady state value faster. Classical controllers were employed for the process to attain steady state faster but the results were not satisfactory. So, Model Predictive controller was used for the designed system to obtain the output responses faster to the desired value by minimizing the error drastically. The nonlinear model response, linearized model response, open loop response and closed loop response with MPC for the designed system were compared and analyzed.
