According to the results of the research, the average biological yield of controlled shade of Uzbek-2 variety was 30.1 ts / ha, Uzbek-6 variety - 32.8 ts / ha. The highest yields in the selected cultivar samples were observed in the samples of Competition-58/14 and Competition-64/15 and Competition 73/18 and amounted to 38.6-40.3-40.8 ts / ha

In the world's cotton-growing countries, cotton is cultivated on the territory of 89 countries, on a total area of more than 30 million hectares, from which more than 22.4 million tons of cotton fiber are obtained. Today, there are problems in the production of high-quality cotton fiber yield. One of these problems is pathogens that cause significant damage to cotton production, with losses in the world amounting to 12-15%. In the world, considerable attention is paid to the study and control of the pathogen Verticillium dahliae Klebahn, which affects cotton.
The problem of breeding wilt-resistant varieties of cotton is complicated by the search for new methods and donors of resistance to the pathogen. It is necessary to improve the method of selection of parent pairs during hybridization and qualitative assessment of interspecific hybrids at the early stages of the breeding process in order to increase the efficiency of breeding, speed up the process of introducing new varieties of cotton into production.The selection must be carried out on the basis of physiology and biochemistry of signs of resistance of the initial breeding material. The initial stage of selection should be based on test signs of resistance, which are associated with the catalytic activity of some enzymes involved in the formation of phytoimmunity against fungal infections (peroxidase, phenylalanine ammonialyase, polyphenol oxidase).The greatest interest of researchers is attracted by protective mechanisms, including the processes of lignification of cell walls and the biosynthesis of phenolic phytoalexins. These mechanisms simultaneously create a mechanical and chemical barrier to the penetration of fungal structures into the cell, preventing the spread of the pathogen.

The article presents the methods of selection of parental forms, the use of different selection methods as analytical selection, transgressive selection, convergent selection and their effectiveness for creating new competitive varieties of cotton. Efficiency of application in hybridization of wild and ruderal forms as well as local and foreign cotton varieties in creation of new high-ripening and fork-resistant cotton varieties and lines with improved valuable morphological features. It has been revealed that analytical selection depending on the selection method allows to create new high-ripening, vilt-resistant, high-yielding varieties of cotton, transgressive selection depends on the geographical origin of initial forms and the greatest success in transgressive selection is achieved at return or saturated crosses. Convergent selection method is the most perspective direction in creation of vilt-resistant, early maturing, highly productive varieties and lines that will have the best features of both parental forms. In the process of selection work on the method of analytical selection created a variety of cotton Omad, which was introduced in the State Register in 1999 and zoned by Samarkand region, by the method of convergent selection created a variety of cotton C-8294 (Gurlen), which was introduced in the State Register in 2020 and zoned by Kharezm region.

Performance Of Fiber Output And Fiber Length In Inter Variety Hybrid Families Of Middle Fiber Cotton

Purposefulness of using the performed families О-445, О-580, О-455 in the genetic and breeding researches for improving of fiber output and the families of О-580, О-455, О-520 to improve the fiber length on the dependence of their genotypes has been presented in this paper. In general, similarity of a high dominance of varieties in the positive indexes on the fiber output and fiber length in combination of various soil-climatic zones was noted.

This work deals with hybrid distributed generation systems with various used
simulation tools and analyzes the performance of distributed generation system. These
distributed generation source can perform on single source or multiple source. Since
sometimes there may be a problem of fault then at that time there is a requirement to fulfill
the operation of power production and continuity of electricity. Hence hybrid distributed
generation systems are introduced which enhance the continuous and reliable power and
improve the efficiency. In various isolated sites which are isolated from cities they prefer
diesel power generation. But this production becomes costly and less efficient and difficult
to access the electricity grid. Due to increase rise in fuel price there may be problem to
produce reliable electricity then renewable sources have been employed to overcome
emission of green house gas and cost reduction in the market. There is also variability of
renewable power sources due to weather conditions which may not be correlated with the
load demand. So this paper deals with different scenario of hybrid distributed generation
systems with their operating tools to evaluate the behavior of hybrid renewable systems.
