Resume: The article notes the versatility and multifunctionality of the concept of “translation”, the specific features of its transformation, the relationship and the sphere of contact between law and language; the ways of achieving the adequacy of the translation are indicated, the most difficult cases of the process of translation of legal terms, such as words denoting the realities of national jurisprudence, terms and terminological phrases containing vivid expressions cultural component of knowledge, phraseological expressions not recorded in modern dictionaries, abbreviations accepted and widely used in a professional environment.

Abstract. This article examines the importance and role of ensuring the protective
function of the criminal process, and also analyzes the issues of the defense's involvement
in juvenile cases. It has also been proved that the active and sincere participation of the
defense counsel, the application of all methods and means provided by law in the interests
of his client, is important in a fair trial in favor of the accused.

Abstract. This article analyzes the involvement of the court, law enforcement and a
lawyer in criminal proceedings. At the same time, it was noted that it is important for
lawyers to strengthen their participation in the evidentiary process based on advocacy
tactics and strategies in their work. In the concluding section, it is noted that it serves to
ensure the principle of adversariality, while providing an opportunity to further strengthen
the defense function of the lawyer.

the article deals with issues related to the contract of trust management of property and problems of its development in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Attention is drawn to the stage of development of the legal basis of the contract of trust management of property in the world and in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Mention the elements that reflect the trust, according to the author “in the clear”, given the conclusion that the civil law point of view, trust management associated with the introduction of common law system the rules of the Institute of trust with adaptation to the system of continental law, and its basis is an agreement involving two or three parties.

Insights Of Medical-Legal Problems Among Dental Practitioners

BACKGROUND- Practicing medicine in India has revolutionized during the last five decades affecting the healthcare delivery in both positive and negative directions. The doctor-patient relationship has undergone a transition throughout the ages. The perception has been changing due to some malpractices of doctors; people started looking at doctor's community with distrust. Thus a health care professional must know about medico-legal problems to protect oneself from legal issues. OBJECTIVES- To evaluate the knowledge attitude and practice of medico-legal problems among dentist practitioners residing in Vidharbha region. METHODS- The cross sectional study was done in a Private Dental College and were assessed through a self-administered, pretested, validated, close ended, unstructured questionnaire. It was made available to all levels of dentistry being under graduates, post graduates, staff and interns. Data was collected , entered in excel sheet and analyzed using SPSS-21 version. RESULTS- A total of 180 of 181 dentists participated in this study. A total of 92 respondents were males and 88 were females. Lack of knowledge among dental professionals was highlighted in this present study having a poor result of 53.3% regarding the medico legal issues. It was found that only 45.5% of the dental practitioners had knowledge regarding the importance of dental record keeping, which was unsatisfactory. The overall grading showed that majority participants had poor knowledge with fair attitude and practices. CONCLUSION- It was found that majority of the respondents had poor knowledge about medico legal issues. Therefore, it is recommended that Continuing Dental Education and Continuing Medical Education programs should be conducted frequently to create awareness and reinforce practice to safeguard against medico legal issues in dentistry
