Police Personnel’s Perception about Causes for Occupational Stress

This paper states that police personnel 'views on the causes of job stress such as content structure (objectives and objectives), structure (size, level of centralization), structural processes (leadership, decision-making, etc.), type of work (shifts, etc.) environment (employee safety). , rewards etc.) Symbolize the magnitude of the climate. This research can be descriptive and reveal existing facts. The report is about police officers anywhere in the Tuticorin region, south of Tamilnadu. The study focused on 52 police stations divided into eight sections and 600 samples collected in three completely different categories of police officers. Police pressure collection (PSI) is usually live on the amount of job stress. An acceptable mathematical tool was used for data analysis. As a result, most police officers work very closely together. Female police officers face higher pressure compared to male police officers. This study concludes most constables are under moderate stress level and the results show significant differences between the state of job creation (objectives and objectives), composition (size, level of centralization), structural processes (leadership leadership, determination etc.), staff nature (shifts, etc.) and the environment (employee safety, salaries, etc.)

Therefore, socioeconomic influences have a significant impact on various sections of society.Thru the air quality we consume, nutrition we consume and the water we consume, the physical world contributes enormously to human wellbeing. This provides, firstly, improved environmental options, while, secondly, risks to infrastructure, manufacturing systems, agriculture and waste disposal activities. This provides more commercial and leisure opportunities. Air toxins and possible pathogens can affect the human health across a variety of different mechanisms of transport and exposure. In this review paper first quality of air, water have been thoroughly discussed, initially explaining the changes in air and water over the time then the impact these changes cause to the human health and the improvements that people record in biodiversity or the climate in various habitats have been demonstrated

Abstract. The article presents the materials of experimental research on the new defoliant of
cotton "Phosphodef". By parameters of acute toxicity the studied preparation belongs to low
hazardous compounds, IV class of hazard. The irritating effect of the preparations on mucous
membranes of eyes and skin; cumulative properties of the preparation have been studied in
acute experiments. Hygienic standards of the preparation in air, water, soil and food products;
sanitary protection zones, terms of employment are scientifically proved. According to the
research results, the use of defoliant "Phosphodeph" in agriculture from hygienic positions is
not objectionable.

Multisensor Data Fusion Technique For Environmental Awareness In Wireless Sensor Networks

Sensing in forest area is the most widely used application concerning investigation studies
of climate change. Wireless sensor networks with spatially scattered sensors enable the
application to record climate change disturbance detecting condition changes in
temperature, humidity, sound, wind, etc. The highly automated method herein can pass the
observed information bi-directionally to the system sink, empowering sensor activity
control. It is common knowledge that a multisensor environment has hundreds or
thousands of sensor nodes connected. With recent innovations, the remarkable challenge
faced in a multisensor climate is to rapidly acquire specific information from a reliable
route exhibiting high data accuracy. This proposed ADKF-DT-MF algorithm for
multisensor data fusion combines sensor information in-continuous time, providing a
rapid information exchange on climate change for environmental awareness. The findings
significantly show a better RMSE of 0.85 than the previous results reported in the
literature MHT-EnKF. The quality of estimation was explored, calculating the best costs,
ensuring an increase in data fusion accuracy for active awareness. The tests on simulated
data applying fuzzy membership optimization function show improvement in the ADKFDT-
MF multisensor fusion system's performance.

Effects of Nursing Leadership and Work Environment Management

While healthcare experiences an economic slowdown, demanding job conditions, imminent leadership retirements and expected staff vacancies are critical, initiatives are being introduced to maintain efficient leadership and optimum patient results. However, there is still a gap in whatever is known about the relationship among nursing leadership and outcomes of the patient. Published study papers in English only which analysed nurses' leadership activities in formal leadership roles and patient results were chosen from 5 online bibliographic databases. For all including research, qualitative analyses, data retrieval and interpretation were performed. A total of 15 research met and maintained our inclusion requirements. Present research supports associations between optimistic forms of collaborative leadership and improved patient interaction and reduced patient mortality, drug failures, lack of restriction and hospital-acquired infection. The results record proof of a favourable association between relational leadership and a range of outcomes for patients, while prospective research of leadership models that explore processes of effect on outcomes is warranted. Efforts by organisations and people to build expertise in change and partnerships improve corporate approaches for optimizing patient care. The goal was to explain the results of a longitudinal research analysis investigating the connection between the activities of nursing leadership and the experiences of patients.

Bifunctional Thiourea–Amine based Organocatalyst excelling in Multi Component Reactions

Recently, exclusive feature of small organic molecules i.e., organocatalysts like low cost,
environment benign, nonmetallic, solubility, stability in normal conditions, easy
availability has made it, a very attractive catalyst to unified diverse fields in synthetic
organic chemistry. Organocatalysts specifically based on thiourea-amine based attained a
great attention among research propagators. These catalysts are capable of activating an
electrophile through hydrogen bond formation and at the same time, activate nucleophile
by involving amine group. In spite of great advantage of this catalyst, a very little work has
been done with it in multicomponent reactions (MCRs). To explore the applications of
these catalysts in MCRs we focused on the utilization of these dual functionalility
containing moieties in MCRs.

The regional spatial plan is one of Indonesia's main future goal for development that upholds the prosperity of the people, spesifically in Province of Papua, hence the issuance of the Papua Provincial Regulation on it’s spatial plans, are expected to realize a sustainable spatial planning in Papua and as well restoring the environment’s balance considering the problem of decreasing number of forest areas in Papua that caused by coal mining activities. Therefore, an action of making strict and clear restrictions must be made, if there are no such strict restrictions and arrangements, it eventually will result in environmental damage that will be experienced by our future generations. The effects of enviromental damage which will be experienced by our future generations if this so, are already contradictory with the realization of the principle of intergenerational justice.

Abstract. The article presents data on toxicological and hygienic characteristics of
new plant protection means introduced into the Republic's agriculture. As a result of the
research, it was established that new pesticides are low hazardous; they have irritating effects
on mucous membranes of eyes and skin in different degrees; they have functional cumulation.
Hygienic norms and standards of pesticides in environmental facilities and regulations for
their safe use - sanitary protection zones and employment terms.

This work presents a recent study of environment, climate and climate change climate imbalance. When conducting this exercise, the actuarial profession must be aware of the fact that there are different views on the nature and extent of the risks even within the climate change science community, and the profession should be aware of these different views. Average temperature increase is just one predictor of wider changes that also turn into extreme temperatures, drought, floods, hurricanes, rising sea levels, food production impacts, and infectious diseases. This work provides some insight to these concerns, explaining some of the current and future risks involved, the potential impacts of these risks, and the efforts being made around the world to reduce these risks. Empowered by broader exposure to this information, actuaries can use their skills to measure these risks and provide advice to the different audiences that help to improve society as a whole's well-being. Failure to provide advice on these risks by the actuarial profession could harm its reputation.

Cultivation Of Wheat And Chickpea Intercropping Under Organic System Of Production: A Review

Global population increases drastically but the production of quality food grains has decreased in the same way that may results the poor nutrition content in the food. The reason behind less quality of food grain is the continuous use of chemical fertilizers in field in order to produce higher yield but these inorganic fertilizers increase yield and other side it decreases the soil fertility and cause effect to soil ecofriendly organisms and cause pollution in the soil and environment. Instead of using those inorganic fertilizers replace with using organic amendments like FYM, Poultry manure, Vermicomposting, sheep and goat manure, bone meal, slurry, sewage and sludge along with the bio fertilizers plays key role to enrich nutrient content, increase microbial population, improves water holding capacity in soil and provides the better aeration around plant rhizosphere. Growing of sole crop with organic amendments may reduce yield. Instead of these we fallow intercropping systems like cereals + pulse, cereal + oil crop, cereal + cereal crop may provide the better production and among intercropping systems cereal +pulse crop of wheat and chickpea with recommended ratios of (2:2,3:1,2:1,1:1) has shown the better results in crop production with good quality grain yield ,LER, better growth rate per unit area by better utilization of N2 from legume crop by fixation and makes profit to the farmer by reducing the incidence of disease, pest and weed .

Changing Trends Of Landuse Landcover In Nagaon District And Its Impact On Agricultural And Environmental Sustainibility

Agricultural Landuse plays a vital role in the entire environment of the Nagaon district. Comprising of 3993 of geographical area, the district reflects the spatio-temporal variations in agricultural landuse. In course of time the growing population stresses upon the agricultural landuse pattern of the district for fulfilling their various requirements like residence and day-to-day activities of livelihood. This interference of population and changing agricultural landuse effects the environment and the biotic ecosystem of the district, where man-animal conflict is also a common fact in some parts of the district. To achieve environmental sustainabilty, adoption of sustainable agriculture practices and enhancing agriculture productivity is highly needed.
This paper examines the changing trends of agricultural landuse of Nagaon district of Assam .The attempt is to reflect the agricultural landuse change dynamics occurred due to various natural and man-made factors.

This present paper will mainly focus on the relevance and practical implication of the study of environmental ethics and it will also exhibit how humans must realize the value of the environment and its sustainability and along with that it will also focus on how the potential adverse health effects of environmental factors are generally well recognized by the medical community but not always well understood. In its broadest sense, the environment is at least partially responsible for all diseases except those determined solely by genetics and includes such factors as housing, nutrition, socioeconomic status, and lifestyle. As a branch of ethics, environmental ethics deals with the study of normative issues and principles relating to human interactions with the natural environment. It comprises an increasingly significant field of applied ethics, crucial for the guidance of individuals, corporations and governments in shaping the principles affecting their lifestyles, their actions and their policies across the entire range of environmental issues. It is very easy for all of us to carry out our duties and responsibility properly that may lead to sustainable development which we could hope for a healthy environment for our future generations. Its scope includes the interpretation and application of the precautionary principle, policies of sustainable development, grounds and policies for biodiversity preservation and the nature and basis of obligations to assist adaptation to global warming and to mitigate the anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions widely recognized to constitute one of its principal sources. It is a sole purpose of environmental ethics to make us realize about the indiscriminate and destructive human activities are welcoming threat to our environment.
