Recent Medications Of Hydroxychloriquine; Advances Of Aminoquinoline Drugs In Pandemic Era
European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine,
2020, Volume 7, Issue 7, Pages 4714-4721
The infection or contagoiuosness of a novel coronavirus found in China (2019-nCoV) is rapidly spreading and increasing worldwide. Due to the lack of effective treatment options for 2019-nCoV, various strategies are being tested all over the world. In this study, we are presented a medicinal impoertances of Hydroxy Chloroquine in the treatment of 2019-nCoV as it is having pretty much similarities with malaria in terms of primary symptoms. However not only Hydroxy Chloroquine can cure the disease, there is a need of proper vaccine for this particular virus to get control in its spread along with multi drug therapy. The present article is collectively presented a report on recent advancements in the medication application of Hydroxychloroquine
AN SYSTAMATIC REVIEW ON USE OF CHLOROQUINE FOR THE TREATMENT OF COVID-19
European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine,
2020, Volume 7, Issue 7, Pages 5365-5374
The therapy of COVID-19 has attracted great interest in Chloroquine. The latest focus on these chloroquine applications has contributed to a survey on the effect and possibility of hormonobiphase dose reaction on extremely biologically different models. The examination showed that chloroquin usually induced hormetal effects that impacted many types of cells, including tumour cell lines (e.g. human breasts, colons, colones) and non-tumor cell lines, improved viral reproduction, motility of semen, varied behavioural endpoints, and decreased the risk of convulsions. These diverse and nuanced findings indicate that hormetic dose reactions with different biological models and endpoints are common in chloroquine treatments. These findings impact the nature of the study, including dosage number and distance, and suggest a variety of clinical challenges and opportunities focused on the expected outcome.
Use Of Chloroquine And Hydroxychloroquine In COVID-19 Patients- A Dilemma
European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine,
2020, Volume 7, Issue 7, Pages 6558-6565
The terror of COVID-19 is present universally. The number of cases is on rise. There is always debate about use of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine as a prophylaxis. Healthcare workers being the front line soldiers need additional protection as compared to general population. This review article highlighted the mechanism of action of both drugs and their role in COVID- 19 patients.
