The researcher addressed that the importance of the game of futsalfootball, as well as the diversity in the methods of play and its offensive and defensiverequirements, attributed this to the development and great progress that has been achieved in the field of training science and the distinguished position occupied by the game of football
and the development in the methods of playing the team in terms of the use of the best methods of training variety such ascontinuous training, repetitive, andvitreti, ring and others. The importance of the research lies in revealing the use of repetitive training exercises and their impact in the development of football passingfor the youth groupand the extent towhich the research benefits from the training of Diyala provincial clubs and youth forums in the Directorate of Youth and Sports Diyala. And the lack of attention and focus ontheperformance of the skill of passingin (last quarter) of the game time so that it is difficult for the players to perform technical duties, whichpromptedtheresearcherto enter into this problem.

EFFECT of CRITICAL THINKING TRAINING PROGRAM on DEVELOPING REFLECTIVE THINKINGAMONG NURSING STUDENTS

Background: Requiring for critical thinking in nursing accentuated in response to speed changing health care atmospheres. Nursing students should bethink to give effective care whilst coping with expansion f role for associated by complexities of current health care. Present study aimed to assessment of critical thinking training program effects on developing reflective thinking.
Methods: Quasi-experimental design used in ourinvestigation. A stratified proportionate random sample of 317 students was chosen from faculty of Nursing, Zagazig University that enrolled in the academic year 2017-2018. Data were collected using four tools namely; nursing students' knowledge assessment questionnaire, California critical thinking skills test, reflective thinking questionnaire.
Results: All nursing students (100%) had inadequate knowledge pre implementation program. While, after the program implementation all of them (100%) had adequate knowledge. Additionally, 74.4% of nurses have deficiency of critical thinking pre the program implementation. In contrast, all of them have strong levelspost program implementation (100%). Likewise, 62.5% of nursing students had high level of reflective thinking before the program implementation that had increased to 100% after the program implementation.
Conclusion: there's no statistically significant relation between critical thinking, reflective thinking before the program implementation while there is statistically significant correlation between critical thinking, reflective thinking after the program implementation. Therefore, it is recommended that nurse educators should develop continuous in service- training and education program for refreshing and increasing nursing students' knowledge and skills about concept of critical thinking as well as to emphasize reflective thinking

Abstract: Explosive strength is of great importance in most sports activities and events, mostly because it is one of the basic characteristics of the physical preparation components that characterize sports, as it is the main pillar in the skill of jumping in some sports that require sport to make a great effort to reach the highest point of jumping, and the comprehensive and integrated preparation of the game. According to the scientific method based on choosing the correct training methods and means, it is the basis for the success of the training and handball process, as any game has its basic principles that depend on mastering the best method in training methods, and the principle of developing the quality of strength Explosive through training and according to modern scientific foundations is an important matter, especially in games that need to develop the strength component accompanying the accuracy of performance, in addition to that it needs to perform various movements of stability and surprise and movement and requires the player to move from one situation to another with harmony, fluidity and movement accuracy Super because it is closely related to each other and the fact that handball skills require players to possess the characteristic of explosive power because it is one of the characteristics that help them in performing the various skills of the game, including the skill of shooting with jumping, which is one of the most important offensive handball skills because of its It is an important influence on the outcome of the match as it has evolved and has become one of the most powerful means of attack. Therefore, the coaches must pay attention to this skill by focusing on developing the quality of the explosive force according to training curricula based on sound foundations and work to direct the players ’attention to accuracy in the performance of the correction. As for the research method, the researcher used the experimental approach with equal groups, and the research sample consisted of players from the specialized school for talent sponsors - Diyala handball for youth for the sports season 2018/2019 and the number (24) players were divided into three experimental groups consisting of each group of (8) Players.
