Style And Characteristics Transformational Leadership: How The Regional Head Of Cimahi, Indonesia In Mobilizing Employees In Achieving Vision?

The leadership of the Regional Head of Cimahi City, Indonesia is very influential in mobilizing and directing all employees in achieving the organizational vision. The Regional Head of Cimahi City, Indonesia, in mobilizing employees to adopt a transformational leadership style through the characteristics of idealized leadership, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration. This study uses qualitative methods with the aim of being able to deeply analyze how the styles and characteristics of the transformational leadership of the Regional Head of Cimahi City, Indonesia in achieving the vision. The results of this study are that the Regional Head of Cimahi City, Indonesia has carried out the style and characteristics of transformational leadership in mobilizing and mobilizing employees to achieve a vision based on developing employee commitment by integrating transformational leadership characteristics, namely: ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration.

Organizations such as the Semarang Religious Training Center are under constant pressure from the need to compete, not just the need to respond quickly to changes in data and information needs. Organizations such as the Semarang Religious Training Center should also inspire employees to do their best and encourage employees to fulfill performance by bringing up Organizational Citizhensip Behavior (OCB). This study examines how organizational employees can influence them in the behavior of transformational leadership, organizational culture, organizational commitment and OCB. A total of 66 employees of Semarang Religious Training Center participated in the research. The data were analyzed through deriftive statistics, confirmation factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The results showed that transformational leadership and organizational culture positively influenced the organization's commitment. transformational leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment positively influence OCB. The organization's commitment does not act as a mediator between transformational leadership and OCB. The organization's commitment acts as a partial mediator between the culture of the organization and OCB.

The purpose of this study is to re-examine the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment and whether trust, psychological well-being, and organizational culture mediate relationships in the context of the hospitality industry. Data were collected using purposive sampling and questionnaires as the research instrument from 77professionals employed in government education and training centers in Semarang. This study used Partial Least Square (PLS) to analyze the data. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive effect on trust, psychological well-being, and organizational culture. This study also confirmed that trust, psychological well-being, and organizational culture can mediate the relationship of transformational leadership on organizational commitment.

Effect of Audit Quality, Corporate Governance and Transformational Leadership on Auditor Performance through Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on Public Accountant Offices in Indonesia

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of audit quality, corporate governance, transformational leadership on auditor performance through organizational commitment and organizational culture in public accounting firms in Malang and Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. This research model is quantitative with a population of 660 public accounting firms in Indonesia, with a sample of 150 active auditors in Malang and Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. Data collection techniques with documentation from the questionnaire distributed to auditors as Partners, Managers, Supervisors, Senior Accountants and Junior Accountants. Data analysis using Structural equation modeling analysis. The results found that audit quality, corporate governance, transformational leadership, organizational commitment and organizational culture significantly influence auditor performance. This study only examines the effect of audit quality, corporate governance, strategic leadership, organizational commitment and organizational culture on auditor performance in public accounting firms in Malang and Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. This research is limited to audit quality, corporate governance, strategic leadership, organizational commitment, organizational culture and auditor performance in public accounting firms in Malang and East Java, Indonesia.
