Uzbekistan differs in hot climatic conditions from the Russian lands, where sunflower seeds are mainly grown. In connection with this, we studied the component compositions, the effect of moisture on the bulk density and other equally important indicators of sunflower seeds and products of its processing. It has been established that sunflower seeds cultivated in the hot climatic conditions of Uzbekistan have distinctive features in physical-mechanical and physical-chemical properties than in the Russian regions. The linear dimensions, component compositions, the effect of moisture on the bulk density of sunflower seeds have been determined. It has been established that in the hot climatic conditions of Uzbekistan, the cultivation of sunflower seeds is more efficient than in the Russian regions.

European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine, 2020, Volume 7, Issue 10, Pages 1600-1614

This article aims to elaborate the innovations on the Qurban procession during the Covid-19 pandemic by following health protocols. The approach employed is normative-empirical by looking at the texts of revelation, the views of scholars, fatwa products, government policies and relevant journals, online news and the realities that occur in society. The result of the study found that the innovation of of Qurban procession consists of 3 parts. First, the payment system is done by collaborating with online payment services. Second, the process of slaughtering specificied to certain locations that meet health protocols. third, distribution of qurban products is in collaboration with online transportation providers. These innovations are a response to the Government's policy through the relevant ministries to issue a circular to continue to carry out the slaughter of sacrificial animals in a safe location and able to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. MUI and Muhammadiyah also issued fatwa products in which there was no significant difference. Government policies and existing fatwa products continue to comply with one of the religious teachings every year by implementing the slaughter of sacrificial animals with strict provisions in accordance with health protocols.

AN INVESTIGATION OF DENTAL DISEASES AND TECHNIQUES FOR ADVANCEMENTS IN DENSTISTRY

Dr.Maunika M; Dr. Anand V

European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine, 2020, Volume 7, Issue 7, Pages 5701-5706

When Coronavirus Disease 19 appeared in 2019, the public was renewedly worried about the spread of aeronautical and aerosolized viruses. Many contradictory dialogues on which types of personal safeguards defend dentists and patients better against viral exposure follow this issue. In this comprehensive analysis, we carry out a thorough and critical evaluation of face masks and face shields, some of the personal protections most widely prescribed against viral infection.
The roles and practises of most popular types of masks in odontology are described: operation masks, operative masks, and respiratory masks are filtered (also called N95s). Following this would be the crucial evaluation of masks used on the basis of an analysis of the recorded proven results in three main areas: the extent to which each type of mask is demonstrated to defend against airborne and aerosolized environments, the recorded possibility that masks are not acceptable and risk factors for both correct and incorrect use of masks1–3. Our examination finished with some realistic, evidentiary guidance for use in dentistry and dental clinics using this material.

Background: The inferior alveolar nerve block (IANB) is the most frequent regional anaesthesia technique used in dental procedures and has been reported to have the highest failure rates among dental undergraduates, interns and even, dental professionals. Hence, local anaesthesia has been formally taught in worldwide dental curriculum since the 1940s. This was when lignocaine was introduced as the safest anaesthesia medium for dental anaesthesia. Otherwise, dental anaesthesia was performed by Horace Wells in 1920s using cocaine. Purpose. This study is mainly aimed to examine the difference between Year 1 and Year 3 dental undergraduates towards perceived attributes of innovation diffusion theory and intention to use a Novel Local Anaesthesia Simulator Kit (LASK) in competently performing inferior alveolar nerve block in pre-clinical simulation. Methodology. A cross-sectional survey was conducted using questionnaire; and distributed to dental undergraduates. A total of 150 questionnaires were valid for data analysis. Results. The findings revealed that the perceived attributes of relative advantage, compatibility, observability and trialability were statistically different for both groups of students. However, results indicate that complexity construct for both non-clinical and pre-clinical groups of students were not statistically significant difference. Conclusion. The findings of this study will contribute to specific educational significance in the dental curriculum, especially in assessment of dental undergraduates’ clinical competence dental undergraduates at a more microscopic level.

European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine, 2020, Volume 7, Issue 7, Pages 295-307

This study aims to determine how to build a business strategy to mediate multidimensional entrepreneurial orientation as measured by the dimensions of innovation, proactivity and risk-taking in improving company performance (study on street vendors in Surakarta). The results of the research with path analysis test show that business strategy is able to mediate the multidimensional influence of entrepreneurial orientation as measured by the dimensions of innovation, proactivity and risk-taking. The results showed that all dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation had a significance value smaller than α = 0.05. While the results of the direct proactive effect have no significant effect on business strategy, innovation and proactive have no significant effect on the performance of street vendors {Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL)} in Surakarta, Indonesia. So that the multidimensional influence of entrepreneurial orientation as measured by the dimensions of innovation, proactive and risk-taking on company performance is better indirectly with the business strategy variable as an intervening variable.

European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine, 2020, Volume 7, Issue 1, Pages 3812-3823

A significant part of the ecosystem (biome) and natural landscape diversity of the Earth's temperate belt is represented in the Russian Federation. It is preserved due to the relatively low disturbance of the country's territory (up to 65% of the country's area, mainly in the Arctic, Siberia and the Far East, maintain a natural mode of functioning). The share of arable land in biomes reaches 40-50% in the forest-steppe and steppe, and in general, agricultural lands occupy in the biomes of the Russian Federation from 0% (tundra) to 85% (steppes).
The landscape diversity of the Russian Federation itself includes about 20 types of landscapes (arctic, subarctic, boreal (taiga), subboreal humid, semiarid and arid, subtropical, mountainous - alpine, glacial, etc. Swamp, floodplain, aquatic, shallow marine, etc.) and more than 350 types of landscapes. Among them, taiga (boreal) landscapes are leading in terms of area - 52%. Cold arctic and subarctic (plain and mountainous) occupy 21%. Mountain landscapes occupy 30–33%. The most developed, optimal for the development of agriculture, the territory of the forest-steppe and broad-leaved forests occupy 8%. The Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) links the concept of "biodiversity" and "sustainable development".
It follows from the preamble of the Convention that biodiversity must be conserved not only for its own sake, but also for the use and enhancement of human well-being.
This has given rise to the concept of ecosystem goods and services that biodiversity provides and that can be critical to the needs for foodstuffs, health and healthy environmental needs.
In the National Strategy for the Conservation of Biodiversity of the Russian Federation, the main groups of life-supporting functions of biological diversity have been identified: production functions, environment-forming functions, informational and spiritual-aesthetic functions.
