In modern society, busy life has made people forget many things in day to day life. The older adults and the people victims of chronicle diseases who need to take the medicines timely without missing have dementia, forgetting things in their daily routine. Considering this situation study has been done on this. Recent technologies of home healthcare are currently used to improve this situation by reminding the scheduled of medicine, remote monitoring, and updating patient’s new medicine data, which prescribers can do through the web. Therefore in this work to investigate the development of patient help framework dependent on Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in the Internet of Things (IoT) condition, in this study, with the help of IoT innovation, Registry Service Selection (RSS) strategy is utilized to fabricate quiet assistance model to accomplish the detection and reminder of patient’s physical condition

The Internet of Things (IoT) is a powerful technology that can enable users’ smart devices and sensors to link each other and access the internet for daily usage. It is a platform that can be used by end users to access many smart application fields, such as smart city, smart home, and smart healthcare. In recent years, the healthcare monitoring systems are becoming the major development field that use the IoT as advanced technology enabler. This review is discussing more about the design, functions, and the main uses of the IoT-based healthcare monitoring applications and systems for remote patient environments. Therefore, a deep review has been made to identify the usage, efficiency, and acceptability for the current applications and systems to become more efficient to patients. Different healthcare monitoring systems have employed the IoT to integrate the different wireless interfaces with the cloud-based healthcare services. These services are including the sensing, gathering, processing, storing, and learning more among the patients’ data. The various IoT healthcare applications will help to develop useful and effective solutions by using these systems in practice. From this review it can be proof that the IoT-based healthcare monitoring applications are growing faster to build more healthcare solutions that useful for different healthcare conditions and environments.

Health Monitoring Wearable Device Using Internet Of Things

European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine, 2020, Volume 7, Issue 3, Pages 395-400

The hospitalization of the victims suffering from certain diseases depend hugely over keeping an eye on the information repetitively. New wearable devices and technologies for this purpose are discovered to enhance the continuous monitoring of systems. This newly developed approach is recognized as body-body communion. Using the human body, we can convey various information, data and signals. Practicing this newly developed approach eradicates the existing complex structures which are composed of cords and wires. This makes it uncomfortable for the patient for prolonged hours. This increases the difficulty in critical patients especially the patients which tend to require immediate and timely assistance by the doctors and nurses. In this system, sensors are implemented on the body of the patients’ which regularly keeps an eye on the needed parameters. There are five respective sensors which are being used in this system. They are heart rate sensor, ECG sensor, respiratory sensor, humidity sensor and dust level sensors. Therefore we are able to determine the requirements and needs of the patient almost immediately and accurately. Information which is gathered is relocated from an intermediate network to a hospital. This can later be analysed on the respective customized gadgets and equipments or saved in the victim’s electronic database. Doctors are then able to interpret the problem by making use of the collected information, and can come up with a method of prescription and medication required. This is very helpful in reducing the time and complexity in the prescription planning and analysis. This helps to save a lot of time in preparing a treatment plan and to redeem medical reserves.

Internet of things (IoT) is developing day by day and it is the future of computer technology and networking. This paper explains about the working, plan and implementation of IoT and wireless Sensor based surveillance robot using Arduino uno controlled by hand gesture. The main motto of the gesture recognition to reduce the human power to control robot to enhance and showcase their skills. The hand motion or gesture was recognized by using gyroscope accelerometer. There are so many ways and algorithms are there and implemented to recognize the hand gesture. Here we are dividing the robot into two circuits, transmitter and receiver. The Transmitter circuit contains Gyroscope and Accelerometer (MPU6050), Arduino UNO, Transceiver (NRF24L01). The Receiver circuit contains Motor Driver (L298D), Transceiver (NRF24L01), BLET (Bluetooth low energy tags), Arduino UNO. The motto of the project was according to the hand motions the robot must react. Hand motion detected by the gyroscope accelerometer. The Main Reason of the mixing the BLE Tags with Robot is to help the soldiers who are at the border of the country, so that at the time of war they can move their robots by their own wish so that they can know where the Land Mines are present and can see the robot status in mobile app.

The most important challenges in the field of agriculture are to improve the productivity of the farm and to maintain the crop filed. The key objective of the proposed system is to control the cropland functionalities such as the cultivation period, pump functionalities, future plantation suggestions using the Internet of Things. The proposed IoT-based agriculture monitoring scheme uses the concept of sensor networks. Smart agriculture is a new strategy which is getting popular amidst the agriculturists. A farm which has deployed sensor networks can have better control over the crops, help to collect useful data, and automate various farming routines. The mode of communication involves mail alerts over the suggestion and cultivation period. The humidity, temperature, pH value of the soil is continuously acquired as data from the sensors deployed in the field. This helps to reduce the expenditure and human intervention which ensures maximum yield to the farmers.

Usage Patterns Of Network Connectivity And Security Perspectives In Internet Of Things

European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine, 2019, Volume 6, Issue 1, Pages 91-98

The Internet of Things is the notion of linking any gadget to the Internet and other
connected devices (provided that it has an On/Off switch). It is a gigantic network of linked
objects and people – all collecting and sharing information about their use and the
surrounding environment. This includes an extraordinary number of items in all shapes
and sizes – ranging from smart microwaves that automatically cook your food for the
proper time period to self-driven cars whose complex sensors detect objects along their
path, to wearable fitness equipment that measure your cardiac velocity and the number of
steps taken on that day. There are even linked footboards that can track how far and
quickly they are being thrown and recorded for future training reasons using an
application. By taking advantage of major Bluetooth vulnerabilities, a cybersecurity expert
pirated a Tesla Model X in less than 90 seconds. For identical reasons, other automobiles
using FOB (wireless) keys have undergone assaults to open and start their automobiles.
Threat actors have identified a technique of scanning and replicating the interface of these
FOB keys to rob the corresponding cars with no alarm. If high-tech machines such as a
Tesla are exposed to an IoT data leak, every smart device is vulnerable to it.
