Conditions for the analysis of albendazole by spectral methods: UV-spectrophotometry and thermal desorption surface ionization spectroscopy (TDSIS) were developed. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of albendazole isolated from biological fluids was performed under the developed analysis conditions. According to the results, 38.74% of albendazole was isolated from blood by UV spectrophotometry, and 43.00% from urine, while 47.46% from blood and 64.72% from urine by TDSIS.
