Abstract
Background - Patients with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) have high rates of comorbid psychiatric disorders. Although distinguishable from other psychiatric disorders, with some effort and skills, it can have an entire gamut of clinical presentations which can lead to misdiagnosis and can change the line of management.
