AbstractThe article considers the issues of thermochemical treatment of the surface of plant aggregates to ensure strong adhesive interaction with a gypsum matrix in a composite building material. A selection of additives contributing to the improvement of adhesive strength and physical and mechanical properties of gypsum boards was conducted. A comparative analysis of the effect of moisture sorption on the durability of the composite material at the processing of fiber aggregates was also performed.
