CORRELATION OF RETINAL NERVE FIBRE LAYER ANALYSIS BY OPTICAL COHERENCE TOMOGRAPHY WITH VISUAL FIELDS BY STATIC AUTOMATED PERIMETRY IN PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY OPEN ANGLE GLAUCOMA
Aim:The aim of the present study was to evaluate the correlation of retinal nerve fibre layer analysis by optical coherence tomography with visual fields by static automated perimetry in patients with primary open angle glaucoma. Methods:The descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted at Tertiary Care Hospital in Western Maharashtra for the period of September 2020 to August 2022. 50 patients were included in the present study. Ethics committee clearance was obtained prior to the start of study. Written and informed consent was taken from all patients before undertaking the study.
