Introduction: Children with cleft lip and palate are at high risk of developing dental caries which outranks other oral diseases in occurrence. Complete cleft lip and palate pose various feeding difficulties and could result in lack of weight gain, failure to thrive condition and choking etc. Aim: To assess the influence of feeding practices on dental caries in children with cleft lip and palate.
