AbstractThe goal of the current work was to develop a nanosuspension of the drug ketoprofen in order to boost the dissolution of poorly soluble class II drugs. Ketoprofen was employed as an example because it was found to increase oral bioavailability and invitro dissolution. It was made utilizing the Quassi Emulsification Solvent Diffusion process and a variety of drug, polymer, and stabilizer. Drug entrapment and dissolution are increased as well as reduced particle size in the formulation with a ratio of 1:2 (drug: polymer). Particle size of the formulations were evaluated utilizing SEM, Zeta potential analysis and IR& DSC were used for evaluation of in vitro drug release studies. The formulated nanosuspensions' particle sizes were found to range between 92.20nm and 100 nm.
