E-Services In Indian Commercial Banks Customers Response - An Empirical Study

Abstract

The present paper analyzes the perceptions of the bank’s customer regarding e-banking services.The survey was conducted in Ludhiana district of Punjab in October, 2020. The customers of almost all the bank groups exhibit their perceptions in favour of e-delivery channels. Among all the e-delivery channels ATM is the most preferred e-delivery channel. Age-wise, upto 25 and 35-45 age groups more preferred e-delivery channels. Similarly professionals more preferred e-services. Chi-sq test used to know difference in the opinion of the three bank group’s customers. The paper concludes suggesting some strategies to enhance the e-banking services
