AbstractQuality and basic physical-chemical, technological characteristics of wheat grain of “Chillaki” variety have been studied in this work. Quality indicators and physical-chemical characteristics of the new wheat grain of “Chillaki” variety have been established, which allowed determining the possibilities and recommendations for its cultivation in the salted soil-climatic conditions.
