Abstract

The Disaster Crisis Management System aims to provide and facilitate model tha treads, interprets and entirely comprehends the parameters and factors involved in a natural disaster like Floods and Earthquake, and the subsequent outputs and relief measures that need to be deployed within hours for faster and improved public relief. The parameters being considered for the disaster management and relief include data from various intensity units, Relief funds, Extent of Disaster, casualties, mode of Rescue operations, etc. The system makes use of Regression and Perceptron Model for the prediction of disaster and the Random Forest Classifier algorithm for Post Disaster analysis.
