Abstract

 Lung cancer holds the highest position in the list of reasons for deaths in the world. The limitations of most of the Computer Aided Design Systems is that they just predict the whether the given image is cancerous or non-cancerous. It is equally important to study how to detect the stage of the cancer from the extracted nodule. In this paper, we present a comparative analysis of the literature survey in terms of stage classification of lung cancer. The latest research trends are explored presenting their accuracies as well as limitations.
