AbstractPurpose-the purpose of this study elucidate the positive and negative aspects of personality traits in group performance in a corporation .
Design/methodology/approach- The study is based on qualitative research using the secondary date. Using the analysis and research done by Sigmund Freud ,Abraham Maslow and Carl Rogers Sigmund Freud ad also the big five model.
Findings- the research shows that the prior theory applied works in various society even where English may not be the language in use also FFM is knows for its exactness .
