AbstractSpontaneous abortion is one of the most pregnancy problems that happen in early pregnancy when the uterus empties the output of conception. Several factors are associated to causing abortion implicating genetic, endocrinological, immunological and anatomical anomalies as well as infectious agent as infection with herpes simplex virus (HSV-2) is most common virus that widely spread in the world.
