Background:Chronic otitis media remains a significant health problem in terms of prevalence, economics, and sequelae. Chronic otitis media is chronic inflammation of middle ear and mastoid cavity characterized by discharge from middle ear through a perforated tympanic membrane. AIM: To study the radiological findings of the temporal bone in patients with chronic otitis media with or without cholesteatoma and to study the correlation of High Resolution CT scan of temporal bone with intraoperative findings.
