Abstract

In today's globalization, as in all spheres of society, the family structure has undergone significant changes. This important social process typical of countries in different political structures and at different stages of development. Today, not only the family structure but the attitudes of people to family values have changed. Such changes occur not only in industrialized countries but also in developing countries; however, this process is not going smoothly. For example, in China, which is the world's leading population, the number of family divorces growing faster than in Western Europe, but as in other emerging economies in Asia. Divorces are manifested as a breakdown of family relationships. Causes of family divorces, types of rulings, and specific types of rulings.
