Abstract

Background: Breast tumor is the most common tumor in women and the second leading cause of tumor death in women, after lung tumor. As people get older, their chances of developing breast tumor increase. Breast tumor is a major health concern in developed countries. Glutathione is an endogenous antioxidant that helps maintain quality of life and may help prevent breast tumor. The role of endogenous glutathione as a regulator of Wnt/beta catenin signalling in breast tumor will be studied using molecular docking.
