Abstract. Insufficient supply of pregnant women with micronutrients leads to the development of a number of congenital malformations of the fetus. In order to study the multivitamin-mineral complexes application’s effect on pregnant women during pregnancy, and on intrauterine fetal growth and development. Was revealed that a deficiency of bioelements and vitamins in mothers is a common cause of intrauterine growth retardation, serious violations of organs and systems functioning.
