Ruptured ectopic pregnancy is an acute emergency condition and is associated with maternal mortality and morbidity especially in developing countries. The incidence is around 1-2%. commonest site is Fallopian tube (95%). Even though the incidence was small, it accounts for 3% of pregnancy related deaths. The present study aims to study the incidence, socio demographic risk factors, clinical risk factors and to assess the maternal outcome in ruptured ectopic pregnancy.
