Aim- To observe recurrence rate after conjunctival limbal autograft (CLAU) and tocorrelate this with preoperative histopathological and morphologicalcharacteristics of pterygium. Design: Interventional, Prospective, Hospital-Based Study. Methods: 107 patients with primary pterygium were examined, managed by CLAU and histopathology sample sent. The outcomes were assessed in terms of clinically significant or insignificant recurrence till 6 months follow-up.
