Abstract This paper is a systematic review of the literature study of focussed skills which are demanded by the industry . Using systematic researches across two decades of publications , journals were selected for review .Key findings of the review include motivations : to enhance employability by addressing the skills in demand ; barriers : resistance to change and lack of knowledge of requirements ; and limitations such as absence of focus on employment while designing and rolling out curriculum of post graduate management students
