BACKGROUND Clinically significant hematologic abnormalities are common in HIV infection. Early identification of the hematologic abnormalities would lead to appropriate planning of treatment strategies and prevent further complication. This study was conducted in order to know the pattern of these hematologic abnormalities and its correlation with CD4 count among HIV patients of Vindhya region who were on ART.
