Abstract
This research project is conducted between March2019 To August 2021 in the Department of Microbiology. A total of 1000 various clinical samplesreceived in the microbiology laboratory from the OPD & IPD Patients. Out of 1000 various clinical samplesculture, were found total 500(50%)gram negative bacilli (Escherichia coli). But, were found total 45 (09%) E.coli from pus swab culture.
