INTRODUCTION: Rupture uterus is a rare and often catastrophic condition. It is associated with a high incidence of fetal and maternal morbidity and mortality. AIM:To identify the incidence, obstetric risk factors, management modalities, and the fetomaternal outcomein Gandhi medical college and hospital, a tertiary carecentre. MATERIALS AND METHODS:A 3-year retrospective analysis of 32 cases of uterine rupture was donefrom the period of January 2020 to December 2022 admitted at Gandhi medical college and hospital, Secunderabad. Patient’shistory, clinicalfindings, operative findings, maternal and fetal outcome and post-operative complications were taken for analysis.
